Description

Easily-demoulded aluminum film plate and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building aluminum templates, in particular to an easy-to-release aluminum template and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The aluminum template for the building is widely applied to building construction engineering at present, and the aluminum template is required to be used repeatedly for cost control, so that the paint can be sprayed on the surface of the aluminum template for protecting the aluminum template and improving the use times of the aluminum template in single engineering, but the paint used in the market of the aluminum template at present has poor performance, and the problems of poor hardness, water resistance, corrosion resistance, unsmooth surface, difficult cleaning of concrete adhesion and the like exist, so that the protection effect and demoulding effect of the paint on the aluminum template are very limited, the paint is used for 2 to 3 times, and the paint can fall off. Most aluminum templates require a layer of release agent to be applied to the surface of the coating prior to use to prevent sticking to the mold for better release. The aluminum template release agent is mainly aqueous or oily liquid film coating agent, needs to be coated for multiple times, needs to take about 5-8 hours, has extremely high requirements on coating conditions (the thickness and uniformity need to be noted in the coating process, and the height of the surface to be coated is kept in a horizontal state, otherwise, the release agent is easy to flow down), so the film forming effect is difficult to guarantee due to the limitation of construction environment. And besides influencing the engineering progress, the long-term contact of the release agent can also cause a certain harm to the health of site constructors.
An effective ultraviolet light curing hydrophobic stain-resistant coating and a preparation method thereof are disclosed in the prior patent publication No. CN 101372562A. The ultraviolet light solidified hydrophobic stain resistant coating is prepared by adding modified nano silicon dioxide into photosensitive resin, dispersing and defoaming, wherein the mass of the modified nano silicon dioxide is 0.1-20% of the mass of the photosensitive resin; the modified nano silicon dioxide is prepared by the following method: adding nano silicon dioxide particles into an organic solvent dissolved with a surfactant, uniformly stirring, vacuum drying and crushing to obtain the modified nano silicon dioxide; although the preparation method is simple and easy to operate, whether the ultraviolet light solidified hydrophobic stain-resistant coating has a good hydrophobic self-cleaning function can be applied to the surface of an aluminum template to realize the multiple effective demoulding of the aluminum template is still to be considered. It is further desirable to provide an aluminum form that can be repeatedly and efficiently demolded.

2) The efficient demoulding mechanism of the aluminum mould plate is that after the coating is cured by ultraviolet light, the carboxyl functional group of the dehydroabietic acid which is an anticoagulant component on the surface of the formed cured coating has a retarding effect and can interfere the formation of Si-O-Si bonds, so that the surface layer of the concrete is not easy to be cured and adhered on the surface of the aluminum mould plate; and the carbocycle of dehydroabietic acid after ultraviolet light curing can be well compatible with a coating system, so that dense connection of all parts inside a cured coating is increased, and the C5 petroleum resin in the components provides good hydrophobic effect, so that the surface hydrophobicity of the aluminum template is enhanced, and finally, the demolding effect of the aluminum template is improved.
3) The particle size of the anticoagulant is controlled to be 50-200 mu m so as to promote the high-efficiency effect of each component in the anticoagulant, other components after the coating is solidified and the surface of the concrete, thereby improving the demoulding effect of the aluminum diaphragm plate.
Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

The invention provides an embodiment of a preparation method of an easily-demoulded aluminum film plate, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, degreasing the surface of an aluminum film plate, and then cleaning and drying the aluminum film plate; generally, the aluminum film plate is soaked for 10-20 minutes by adopting deoiling solution, then is brushed, is washed clean by clean water, and is finally dried for 1-2 hours at 60-80 ℃. By adopting the step, the impurities on the surface of the aluminum film plate can be effectively removed, so that the coating is firmly adhered to the surface of the aluminum film plate, and the protection of the aluminum film plate after the coating is solidified is improved.
And 2, carrying out roller coating on the dried aluminum film plate.
Specifically, the coating comprises, by weight, 35-40 parts of polyurethane acrylate, 10-20 parts of epoxy acrylate, 15-25 parts of trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 10-15 parts of adipic acid diacrylate, 3-10 parts of anticoagulant, 1-5 parts of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropione, 1-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane and 5-10 parts of filler. Wherein the filler comprises one of kaolin and talcum powder. The filler can form an antiwear protective layer after being mixed with other component coating components so that the coating on the surface of the cured aluminum template has an antiwear effect.
Further, the preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps:
stirring is started, and preset parts by weight of urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, adipic acid diacrylate, anticoagulant, 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenylpropionic acid, polydimethylsiloxane and anticoagulant are sequentially added at the rotating speed of 400-800 r/min, and stirring is carried out for 30-40min at the rotating speed of 400-800 r/min; then adding filler at 600-1000 r/min, stirring for one hour, and finally dispersing for 10-20min at a rotating speed of 3000-4000 r/min to obtain the coating used as the aluminum film plate, wherein the whole preparation process of the coating is carried out under the light-proof condition.
Further, the anticoagulant is prepared by heating and melting dehydroabietic acid and C5 petroleum resin in a preset mass ratio, cooling and grinding into fine powder, the particle size of the obtained powder is controlled to be 50-200 mu m, the heating and melting temperature is controlled to be 60-150 ℃, and the generated anticoagulant contains carboxyl functional groups.
Further, the coating amount of the paint is 8-10g/m 2 The coating amount can be adjusted according to the actual needs.
And step 3, carrying out ultraviolet light curing treatment on the aluminum film plate coated by the roller coating.
Specifically, the coating coated on the surface of the aluminum film plate can enable the carboxyl functional group of dehydroabietic acid in the anticoagulant component to have a retarding effect under the action of ultraviolet light, and the principle is that the carboxyl functional group can interfere Si-O-Si bond formation, namely, when the aluminum film plate is normally loaded with concrete, the surface layer of the concrete is not easy to solidify and adhere to the surface of the aluminum film plate, thereby being convenient for the aluminum film plate to realize concrete removal without adding a release agent, and being capable of being repeatedly used for many times.
In addition, the carbocycle of dehydroabietic acid after ultraviolet light curing can be well compatible with other components of the coating, so that dense connection of each part inside the coating after curing is further increased, and the adhesion effect with the surface of the aluminum film plate can be improved. Generally, the illumination power of the ultraviolet light curing is 200-300W, the distance is 10-15cm, and the time is 5-15min.
Further, the mass ratio of dehydroabietic acid to C5 petroleum resin in the anticoagulant is (40-60): (30-70). Preferably, the mass ratio of dehydroabietic acid to C5 petroleum resin is 50:50 or 40:60. Wherein the C5 petroleum resin also plays a good hydrophobic role in the cured coating.
