1. The preparation method of the fluorine-free three-proofing fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of
Step one: sampling, and preparing a fabric;
step two: an oil removal procedure, in which oil removal treatment is carried out on the fabric by using a ratio of 5-10g/L of an oil removal agent to 3% -7% of a dispersing agent, wherein the temperature is 20-60 ℃ and the treatment time is 30-60min;
step three: a cleaning step of sufficiently cleaning the fabric by using a soaping agent to remove residues on the surface of the fabric, and checking whether the residues on the surface of the fabric are cleaned by using an observation tool after cleaning;
step four: preparing a fluorine-free three-proofing finishing liquid, wherein the finishing liquid is prepared from a fluorine-free waterproof agent and a dry-dirt-preventing soil release agent according to corresponding proportions;
the fluorine-free three-proofing finishing liquid comprises the following components: 80-90% of water, 10-15% of fluorine-free waterproof agent and 2-5% of dry-dirt-preventing detergent are mixed to obtain finishing liquid; when mixing, the temperature of water should be normal temperature, and the temperature of water is less than 40 ℃;
step five: the fabric is subjected to waterproof and antifouling treatment by adopting a padding method, the fabric is smoothly wound around a plurality of cloth guide rollers and is soaked by finishing liquid, and then redundant solution is extruded out by a compression roller, so that the solution is uniformly distributed on the fabric;
step six: drying and shaping, namely stretching and fixing the finished fabric in a stenter, and drying in an oven at 140-180 ℃ for 2-8min;
step seven: and (5) winding, namely winding the finished fabric on a cloth roller for storage.
2. The method for preparing a fluorine-free tri-proof fabric according to claim 1, wherein the fluorine-free waterproof agent is PM-3888 fluorine-free waterproof agent.
3. The method for preparing the fluorine-free three-proofing fabric according to claim 1, wherein the dry-proofing soil-release agent is PM-1700 dry-proofing soil-release agent.
4. The method for preparing the fluorine-free three-proofing fabric according to claim 1, wherein the padding method adopts one-dipping one-dyeing or two-dipping two-dyeing.
5. The method for producing a fluorine-free tri-proof fabric according to claim 1, wherein the fabric is warp knitted fabric, weft knitted fabric, woven fabric or woven fabric.
6. The method for preparing the fluorine-free three-proofing fabric according to claim 1, wherein the fabric is made of terylene, acrylon, polypropylene, spandex, non-woven fabric, composite mesh, canvas or four-sided elastic fabric.
7. The method for preparing the fluorine-free three-proofing fabric according to claim 1, wherein in the second deoiling step, the fabric is deoiled by using a ratio of 8g/L of deoiling agent to 5% of dispersing agent, and the temperature is 60 ℃ and the treatment time is 60min.
8. The method for preparing the fluorine-free three-proofing fabric according to claim 1, wherein in the second deoiling step, the fabric is deoiled by using a ratio of 9g/L of deoiling agent and 6% of dispersing agent, the temperature is 55 ℃, and the treatment time is 50min.
9. A fluorine-free tri-proof fabric, characterized in that the fluorine-free tri-proof fabric is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the fluorine-free tri-proof fabric according to any one of claims 1-8.
10. The fluorine-free three-proofing fabric, which is characterized in that the fluorine-free three-proofing fabric is applied to clothing, vamps, bedding, curtains or bags.
