Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of grass felt preparation, in particular to a preparation process of a wula grass felt.
Background
The stem leaves of the uraria are slender and soft, have tough texture, have higher warm-keeping and cold-proof effects and health-care effects, are good materials for manufacturing products such as straw shoes, insoles, straw mats, artificial cottons, fiberboards and the like, and along with the gradual improvement of the attention of people to the health, people also find the effects of products such as mattresses, insoles and the like manufactured by the uraria, and related products are also gradually enriched, but the related preparation process on the market at present is limited, so that the touch feeling of the related products is rough, the use feeling is poor, and the effects of the uraria are also reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation process of a wula sedge felt, which solves the technical problems of poor use feeling and unobvious wula sedge health care effect of related products in the prior art, and realizes the technical effects of improving the use feeling and fully exciting the wula sedge health care effect.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation process of a Wula grass felt comprises the following steps:
step 1, selecting black-grass raw materials, selecting healthy and full raw materials, and cleaning impurities such as soil;
step 2, spreading the raw materials screened and cleaned in the step 1, putting the raw materials into a fumigating pot for fumigating, and softening the raw materials;
step 3, putting the fumigated raw material in the step 2 into a wall breaking device for repeated rolling and beating to make the raw material flocculent;
step 4, removing impurities and cleaning the raw materials produced in the step 3, and removing impurities such as dust in the raw materials;
step 5, carding and flattening the raw materials produced in the step 4, and stacking the raw materials into a container for secondary rolling;
step 6, taking out the raw materials tightly combined in the step 5, and pressing and cutting the raw materials by a corresponding die to manufacture the appearance of the foundation;
and 7, fixing the non-woven fabric on the surface of the grass felt through a melt-blowing process, and sewing other materials according to actual production requirements to finish manufacturing.
As an improvement, the final water content of the wula sedge in the fumigation process of the step 2 is 15-18%, and the fumigation process temperature is more than 15 ℃.
In the step 3, the raw materials can be dispersed by a yarn kneading machine, and part of grass residues are separated.
In the step 5, the raw materials are sent into the container through the wind power feeding structure, blown into a net shape and uniformly dispersed in the container.
In the step 7, other cloths can be fixedly connected with the grass felt through a needling process.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the internal components of the uraria can be released outwards through the wall breaking process, the corresponding health care effect is improved, meanwhile, the fibers are softened, the touch sense of the uraria is improved, the touch sense of the uraria felt can be further improved through the melt blowing and needling process by combining different fabrics, and the use feeling of the uraria felt is improved.

All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and "second" are used herein for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present application, the meaning of "plurality" means at least two, for example, two, three, etc., unless specifically defined otherwise. Furthermore, the terms "comprise" and "have," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those listed steps or elements but may include other steps or elements not listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1, a preparation process of the wula sedge felt comprises the following steps:
a preparation process of a Wula grass felt comprises the following steps:
step 1, selecting black-grass raw materials, selecting healthy and full raw materials, and cleaning impurities such as soil;
step 2, spreading the raw materials screened and cleaned in the step 1, putting the raw materials into a fumigating pot for fumigating, and softening the raw materials;
step 3, putting the fumigated raw material in the step 2 into a wall breaking device for repeated rolling and beating to make the raw material flocculent;
step 4, removing impurities and cleaning the raw materials produced in the step 3, and removing impurities such as dust in the raw materials;
step 5, carding and flattening the raw materials produced in the step 4, and stacking the raw materials into a container for secondary rolling;
step 6, taking out the raw materials tightly combined in the step 5, and pressing and cutting the raw materials by a corresponding die to manufacture the appearance of the foundation;
and 7, fixing the non-woven fabric on the surface of the grass felt through a melt-blowing process, and sewing other materials according to actual production requirements to finish manufacturing.
After the preparation of the uraria felt, the product needs to be placed in a ventilation environment, and the humidity is 25-40%, and the temperature is 18-26 ℃ in a warehouse environment.
The final water content of the wula sedge in the fumigation process in the step 2 is 15-18%, and the temperature of the fumigation process is more than 15 ℃. In the step 3, the raw materials can be dispersed by a yarn kneading machine, and part of grass residues are separated. In the step 5, the raw materials are sent into the container through the wind power feeding structure, blown into a net shape and uniformly dispersed in the container. In the step 7, other cloths and the grass mat can be fixedly connected through a needling process. The needling process can replace different needling plates according to the corresponding product shape, so that the dense, rapid and effective needling process is convenient to carry out, and stable fixation between the cloth and the grass felt is ensured.
When the black-bone grass wall breaking machine is used, dead leaves and plant diseases and insect pests in black-bone grass raw materials are picked out, impurities such as sand and stones are filtered, the black-bone grass raw materials are placed into corresponding fumigating pots to be spread for fumigation, the fumigated leaves are poured onto a workbench for repeated rolling, a whip hammer machine is combined for beating, and raw material wall breaking is achieved after repeated rolling and beating; pouring the product on a screening device after crushing, separating harder fibers, grass residues and the like, and then spreading the product evenly for storage and rolling; finally, the grass mat is shaped according to the actual production requirement by matching with different dies and needling processes, and is fixed by combining with other cloth materials, so that the production of the product is completed.
The above description is illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but is to be accorded the full scope of the claims.
