Sericin cocoon is a new material developed along with the development of biological genetic engineering, through mutation genes in a silkworm stock, the rear silk gland of a silkworm is not developed (or degenerated), the middle silk gland is expanded to grow sericin cocoon silkworm seeds only secreting sericin, the sericin cocoon is formed by spinning sericin fibers through silkworms, the sericin content is up to more than 98.5 percent, the sericin cocoon can be directly used for extracting high-purity high-quality sericin, and the silkworm silk sericin cocoon is mature at present.
