When the sea cucumber to be cleaned is sent into the cleaning box 1 from the feed inlet 2, the sea cucumber can be conveyed forwards along the supporting plates 5 which are sequentially arranged in a rolling way through gravitational potential energy generated by height drop and finally conveyed out from the discharge outlet 3, and in the conveying process, cleaning liquid is sprayed out through the liquid spraying outlet 9, high-temperature hot steam (100-130 ℃ steam) is sprayed out through the steam spraying outlet 14, so that the effect of killing microorganisms is good, the collagen structure of the sea cucumber is not seriously damaged, the gas-liquid double cleaning of the sea cucumber is realized, and the cleaning effect is improved.
When the sea cucumber is conveyed along the supporting plate 5, the arc fall of the arch structure of the supporting plate 5 can further facilitate the rolling of the sea cucumber, of course, when the sea cucumber rolls to a position between the two supporting plates 5, in order to avoid the sea cucumber being blocked and affecting the conveying, the position of the high-pressure steam pipe 13 between the two supporting plates 5 is set on one hand, the supporting and guiding effect on the sea cucumber is achieved, and the sprayed high-pressure hot steam plays an outward pushing effect on the sea cucumber, so that the conveying of the sea cucumber is facilitated, and on the other hand, the spray outlet 9 of the flushing spray pipe 8 sprays cleaning liquid towards the position, and the smooth conveying of the sea cucumber is further ensured by virtue of the impact effect of the liquid.
Because the steam nozzle 14 on the upper side of the high-pressure steam pipe 13 is arranged upwards, when the sea cucumber is positioned above the high-pressure steam pipe 13, the sea cucumber can bear the impact of the cleaning liquid sprayed out of the upper liquid spraying outlet 9 and the impact of the high-pressure hot steam sprayed out of the lower steam nozzle 14, the double action of the liquid and the gas is opposite from the upper direction and the lower direction, the sea cucumber can be rolled, the sea cucumber can vibrate at high frequency, and the pollution removing effect is further improved.
It should be noted that the dual cleaning mechanism and the arranged supporting plates 5 in the device have the technical effect of mutual gain on the cleaning of sea cucumbers. On one hand, the arrangement of the supporting plates 5 is beneficial to the rolling and conveying of the sea cucumbers, so that the double cleaning mechanism can clean the sea cucumbers more comprehensively, and on the other hand, the impact of the double cleaning mechanism on the sea cucumbers also plays a role in promoting the conveying of the sea cucumbers on the supporting plates 5, and is also beneficial to the impact between the sea cucumbers and the supporting plates 5, so that dirt on the sea cucumbers is impacted and separated.
In addition, in the technical scheme, the key points are that the arch-shaped amplitude of the supporting plate 5 is sequentially increased along with the arrangement from back to front. The technical key point is that the radian drop of the sea cucumber passing through the supporting plate 5 is gradually increased along with the back-to-front transmission of the sea cucumber, so that the impact force between the sea cucumber and the supporting plate 5 is gradually increased. Cleaning bristles (not shown in the figure) are distributed on the surface of the high-pressure steam pipe 13, and in some cases, the sea cucumber is only washed by liquid, and high-pressure hot steam is not used, so that when the sea cucumber rolls through the surface of the high-pressure steam pipe 13, a good cleaning effect can be still ensured when the high-pressure hot steam is not used through friction between the cleaning bristles and the surface of the sea cucumber.
The ceramic coating is coated on the surface of the supporting plate 5, and the ceramic coating is smooth in surface, so that the sea cucumber conveying smoothness is facilitated, impurities are not easy to adhere, the cleaning is easy, and the long-term use stability is guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 2, a drainage plate 15 is correspondingly fixed on the lower side of the inner part of the cleaning box 1 along the front-back direction, the drainage plate 15 is of a front-high and rear-low inclined structure, and the rear end of the drainage plate 15 corresponds to the sewage outlet 4. The sewage flowing down from the discharge gap 6 is smoothly drained through the drainage plate 15, and the sewage is discharged thoroughly through the sewage outlet 4.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the left side and the right side of the feed inlet 2 and the left side and the right side of the discharge outlet 3 are respectively fixed with a blocking sleeve 16, sealing plates 17 are respectively arranged outside the feed inlet 2 and the discharge outlet 3, and the left end and the right end of the sealing plates 17 are in one-to-one corresponding plug connection with the blocking sleeves 16.
In some cases, it may be necessary to perform steam heat treatment on sea cucumbers for a certain time and under a certain pressure (for example, autolyze in sea cucumbers can be passivated under a high pressure condition), and at this time, the feed inlet 2 and the discharge outlet 3 are closed by the sealing plate 17 (the drain outlet 4 is provided with valves, so that the sealing plate 17 is not required), so that the cleaning tank 1 can maintain a closed environment.
