Description

Production process of yakwool/polylactic acid fiber/elastic yarn woven fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to a production process of yakwool/polylactic acid fiber/elastic yarn woven fabric, and belongs to the technical field of woven fabric preparation.
Background
The yak wool fabric is a fabric made by weaving yarns containing raw materials of the yak wool. The yak is a special beef species of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau and the alpine grassland in the adjacent area of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, is suitable for the altitude of 3200-4800M, can resist severe cold at minus 30-40 ℃, thick wool grows out under the ventral side of the chest in winter, the air temperature rises back to naturally fall off, the wool is picked once every year, people can manually pick up the yak to remove the hair from the yak in the beginning of about 5-6 months, the annual wool yield of adult yaks is 1.17-2.62 kg, the annual wool yield of young yaks is 1.30-1.35 kg, and the coarse wool and the wool respectively account for half. The yakwool is very thin, has the diameter of less than 20 micrometers, the length of 3.4-4.5 centimeters, has irregular bending, and the scales are in annular tight cohesion, and are soft in luster, strong in elasticity and smooth and glutinous in hand feeling. The growth environment of the yaks ensures that the wool has particularly good warm keeping performance, has cold resistance and fluffy hand feeling, and the strength of the yak wool fibers is 1.5 times greater than that of the cashmere, so that the yak wool fibers are superior to the cashmere in anti-pilling performance and the dimensional change after washing is also superior to that of the cashmere. The yak wool fabric is widely used in the field of clothing production in recent years, and has warmth retention property, comfortableness and wool fabric quality.
The elastic yarn is a functional fiber produced by DuPont in the United states, the elastic yarn fiber has good skin-friendly property, softness and elastic recovery, the elastic force is not as great as that of spandex yarn, but the elastic force is durable, strong acid and strong alkali resistance is realized, the elastic yarn fiber cannot be broken like the spandex yarn, the crease resistance and the shape retention are good, the surface of the elastic yarn fiber is not smooth with terylene, the cross section is not cylindrical, but is irregular polygonal, the cohesive force between the fibers is larger than that of terylene fiber, so the elastic yarn cannot be fluffed and pilled like terylene, the dyeing property of the elastic yarn is very good, the color of the fabric can be very beautiful, and therefore, many properties of the fiber are better than those of common terylene, but the air permeability and the moisture permeability of the fiber are poorer than those of terylene fiber. The elastic yarn can be blended with various fibers, and the blended yarn maintains the original excellent performance of the blend fibers, and simultaneously has good elasticity.
PLA fiber, polylactic acid fiber, uses lactic acid prepared from starch as raw material, and belongs to fiber with natural circulation completion and biodegradability. The fiber is light, smooth and smooth, has high strength, moisture absorption and ventilation, and the processed product has silk-like luster, comfortable skin touch and hand feeling, good drapability, good heat resistance, ultraviolet resistance and good wearability.
The yakwool/polylactic acid fiber/stretch yarn blended fabric has good skin touch on the premise of having elasticity and warmth retention, and how to prepare the fabric becomes a problem to be solved.
