背景技术
牦牛绒织品是指含有牛绒原料的纱线经过织造做成的织物。牦牛是中国青藏高原及其毗邻地区高寒草原的特有牛种,适应海拔3200-4800M,能耐零下30-40摄氏度的严寒,冬季胸部腹侧下会长出密而厚的绒毛,气温回升绒毛自然脱落,每年采毛一次,大约5-6月份开始人们就用手扒助其脱毛,成年牦牛的年产毛量为1.17~2.62kg,幼龄牛为1.30~1.35kg,其中粗毛和绒毛各占一半。牦牛绒很细,直径小于20微米,长度为3.4~4.5厘米,有不规则弯曲,鳞片呈环状紧密抱合,光泽柔和,弹性强,手感滑糯。牦牛的生长环境,使其绒毛保暖性能特别优良,极具抗寒力,手感蓬松,牦牛绒纤维强力大于羊绒1.5倍,因此抗起毛起球优于羊绒,洗涤后尺寸变化也优于羊绒。牦牛绒织品在近年广泛用于服装生产领域,其保暖性及舒适性和羊绒织品不相上下。
舒弹丝是美国杜邦公司生产的一种功能性纤维,舒弹丝纤维亲肤性、柔软性、弹性回复性好,弹力没有氨纶丝大,但弹性持久,耐强酸、强碱,不会像氨纶丝那样断裂,抗皱性能、保形性能好,而且舒弹丝纤维表面没有涤纶光滑,截面也不是圆柱形,而是不规的多边形,纤维间的抱合力要大于涤纶纤维,因此舒弹丝不会像涤纶那样起毛起球,舒弹丝的染色性能也非常好,织物的色彩可以很艳丽,因此该纤维的许多性能要优于普通涤纶,但其透气性、透湿性比涤纶纤维差。舒弹丝可以与多种纤维混纺,混纺后的纱线保持混纺纤维原有的优良性能,同时又获得了良好的弹性。
PLA纤维,即聚乳酸纤维,以淀粉制得之乳酸为原料,属于完成自然循环型,具有生物降解性的纤维。纤维轻柔滑顺,强度大,吸湿透气,加工的产品有丝绸般的光泽及舒适的肌肤触感和手感,悬垂性佳,良好的耐热性及抗紫外线功能,服用性能好。
而牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝混纺面料在兼具弹性和保暖性的前提下,还具有良好的肌肤触感,如何制备该种面料成为要解决的问题。

S1、经纱的制备:所述经纱为牦牛绒/聚乳酸/PVA纤维混纺纱;
S2、纬纱的制备:所述纬纱为牦牛绒弹性包芯纱的制备:所述牦牛绒弹性包芯纱包括芯纱和包覆纤维层,所述芯纱为聚乳酸舒弹丝混纺纱线,所述包覆纤维层为牦牛绒纤维;
S3、整经:采用分批整经的方式,张力梯度控制,前排15-20cN,后排25-30cN;
S4、浆纱:采用复配浆料对浆纱进行上浆并烘干,上浆率为5-6%,回潮率控制在2.5-3.5%;
所述复配浆包括3-5wt%的己酸酯淀粉、1-2wt%的聚乙烯醇1799、0.2-0.5wt%的柔软剂、0.1-0.2wt%的抗静电剂、0.2-0.3wt%的2-奈酚、0.3-0.5wt%的蜡片和余量的水;
S5、穿综插筘和织造:采用缎纹组织进行织造;
S6、退浆:采用纤维素酶进行退浆,pH值为6.5-7.0,50-55℃条件下处理30-40min;
S7、精练:采用2-3g/L的非离子表面活性剂在75-80℃条件下处理20-30min;
S8、预定形:温度为95-100℃,时间为45-60s;
S9、柔软整理:将以过预定型的面料浸渍柔软整理剂,所述柔软整理剂的温度为40-45℃,浸渍时间为15-20min,轧余率为70-75%,烘干温度为110-115℃,时间为2-2.5min;
S10、拉毛和剪毛:对纬面一侧采用起毛机进行起毛,逆针布速度差为10-15%;剪毛高度为1.2-1.5mm;
S11、定型:定型温度为110-115℃。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:所述牦牛绒的长度≥35mm、细度≤18μm,所述聚乳酸纤维选用1.4dtex×38mm的短纤,含水率≤0.05%;所述舒弹丝为0.9dtex×38mm短纤,弹性回复率≥85%;所述PVA纤维的原料平均分子量为60000~150000,热分解温度为200~220℃,熔点为225~230℃,细度为1.56D,长度为38mm。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:所述牦牛绒/聚乳酸/PVA纤维混纺纱的制备包括如下步骤:
S1-1原料预处理:包括牦牛绒的和毛处理和PLA的抗静电处理;
所述牦牛绒的和毛处理是指牦牛绒喷洒和毛油,并在25-30℃、65-70%相对湿度条件下养生12-24小时,所述和毛油中含有抗静电剂;
所述PLA的抗静电处理是指PLA纤维均匀喷洒抗静电处理液,并在45-50℃条件上烘干;
S1-2、混合开松:将牦牛绒、PLA纤维和PVA纤维采用平铺直取法进行混合,再进行预开松和精开松,采用角钉滚筒开棉机进行预开松,采用梳针打手开棉机进行精开松;
S1-3、梳理:采用LFN288羊绒联合梳理机进行梳理成生条;其中锡林的速度为300-350rpm,道夫与锡林的线速度比值为1:20-25,刺辊与锡林的线速度比值为1:2.0-2.5;道夫与锡林的隔距为0.1-0.12mm,刺辊与锡林的隔距为0.15mm;生条的定量为16-20g/5m;
S1-4、并条:采用三道并条工艺,包括头并、二并和末并,并合数分别为6根、8根和8根,总牵伸倍数分别为6.8、7.2和7.8;
S1-5、粗纱:相对湿度控制65-75%,所制备粗纱的捻系数为380-400;
S1-6、细纱:采用环锭纺生产工艺,锭速为10000-12000rpm,选择PG14054钢领,捻度为750-800捻/m,后区牵伸为1.15-1.20倍,并加装集合器,宽度为3-5mm,钳口隔距为2.5-3mm,所使用胶辊的硬度为邵氏78°;在前罗拉加装假捻器,假捻数为1200捻/m;
S1-7、蒸汽定型:采用真空蒸汽定型,温度为105-110℃,时间为20-30min。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:所述牦牛绒弹性包芯纱的制备包括如下步骤:
S2-1、原材料预处理:包括牦牛绒的和毛处理和PLA、舒弹丝的抗静电处理;
所述牦牛绒的和毛处理是指牦牛绒喷洒和毛油,并在25-30℃、65-70%相对湿度条件下养生12-24小时,所述和毛油中含有抗静电剂;所述舒弹丝的抗静电处理是指在舒弹丝长丝切断时加抗静电剂和硅油基润滑剂;所述PLA的抗静电处理是指PLA纤维均匀喷洒抗静电处理液,并在45-50℃条件上烘干;
S2-2、开清棉:将PLA纤维与舒弹丝采用多仓混棉机和精细开棉机进行开棉和开松,打手速度为150-200rpm,尘棒隔距为8-10mm,棉卷定量为380-400g/m,在车间内温度为25℃±2℃,相对湿度为65%±5%;
S2-3、梳理:采用梳理机对混合后的PLA纤维和舒弹丝纤维进行梳理,锡林的速度为330-360rpm,刺辊的速度为350-700rpm,出条速度为80-100m/min,生条定量为18-20g/5m;
所述刺辊与给棉板之间的隔距为0.15-0.20mm,刺辊与锡林的隔距为0.10-0.15mm,锡林与道夫的隔距为0.08-0.12mm,在入口处锡林与盖板的隔距为0.18-0.25mm,在出口处锡林与盖板的隔距为0.12-0.18mm;
S2-4并条:采用三道并条包括头并、二并和末并,并合数分别为6根、8根和8根,总牵伸倍数分别为6.5、7.5和7.8,出条定量为3-3.5g/5m;
S2-5、粗纱:锭速800rpm,捻系数380,轴向卷绕密度3.2圈/cm;
S2-6、细纱:锭速12000rpm,捻度850捻/m,Z捻,钢丝圈#6802,后区牵伸1.25倍,钳口隔距2.5mm,制备PLA/舒弹丝混纺纱,作为芯纱;
S2-7、牦牛绒条的制备:将经过和毛的牦牛绒采用毛型精梳机制备牦牛绒条,定量为12-15g/m,并且在牵伸区加装集合器,宽度为6mm;
S2-8、牦牛绒弹性包芯纱的制备:将PLA/舒弹丝混纺纱和牦牛绒条采用空心锭花式捻线机制备牦牛绒弹性包芯纱,芯纱的喂入速度为15m/min,牦牛绒条的喂入量为0.8-1.2g/m,空芯锭转速为8000-10000rpm,牦牛绒条沿S向包覆于PLA/舒弹丝外侧;芯纱与包覆纤维的超喂率为1:1.25,卷绕的张力为12-15cN,卷绕密度为0.3-0.35g/cm3;
S2-9、蒸汽定型:采用饱和蒸汽进行蒸汽定型,温度为105-110℃,时间为25-35min。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:步骤S2-2所使用梳理机中锡林所使用的金属针布上的针齿密度为460-500Points/inch2;针布上包括基部与针齿,齿尖硬度≥780HV,齿尖包括第一弧形段、平直段和第二弧形段,所述第一弧形段的半径为0.05mm,所述第二弧形段的半径为0.1mm,且前齿面的夹角为55-60°,后面的夹角为30-35°;
所述道夫针布所使用的是鹰嘴形齿尖,且具有-5°至-8°的负前角。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案:所述和毛油包括端氨基超支化合物季铵盐、交联型超支化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、太古油、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、大豆油脂肪酸甲酯、十八醇磷酸酯、羟基改性氨基硅油和去离子水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所涉及的一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,纬向采用牦牛绒弹性包芯纱并经过起绒,使得该梭织面料具有蓬松和保暖性,并且还具有良好的手感。经纱中使用了PVA纤维使得在上浆后,发生水溶可以看作浆料渗透至纱线内部,从而提高了上浆效果,使得织造更顺利。

实施例一
结合图1、图2和图3,对本实施例作详细说明。本发明所涉及的一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:S1经纱的制备、S2纬纱的制备、S3整经、S4浆纱、S5穿综插筘和织造、S6退浆、S7精练、S8预定形、S9柔软整理、步骤S10拉毛和剪毛、步骤S11定型。
在步骤S1经纱的制备中,所述经纱为牦牛绒/聚乳酸/PVA纤维混纺纱。
进一步的,所述牦牛绒/聚乳酸/PVA纤维混纺纱的制备包括如下步骤:
S1-1原料预处理:包括牦牛绒的和毛处理和PLA的抗静电处理;所述牦牛绒的长度≥35mm、细度≤18μm,所述聚乳酸纤维选用1.4dtex×38mm的短纤,含水率≤0.05%;所述PVA纤维的原料平均分子量为60000~150000,热分解温度为200~220℃,熔点为225~230℃,细度为1.56D,长度为38mm。
所述牦牛绒的和毛处理是指牦牛绒喷洒和毛油,并在30℃、65%相对湿度条件下养生12小时,所述和毛油中含有抗静电剂。和毛油的用量占牦牛绒重量的2%。所述PLA的抗静电处理是指PLA纤维均匀喷洒抗静电处理,并在45℃条件上烘干,控制含水率在0.1-0.3%。抗静电处理液的用量点PLA纤维重量的3%。
进一步的,所述和毛油包括端氨基超支化合物季铵盐、交联型超支化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、太古油、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、大豆油脂肪酸甲酯、十八醇磷酸酯和去离子水。
进一步的,所述和毛油包括8质量份的端氨基超支化合物季铵盐、12质量份的交联型超支化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、5质量份的太古油、5质量份的脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、15大豆油脂肪酸甲酯、3质量份的十八醇磷酸酯、5质量份的羟基改性氨基硅油和100质量份的去离子水。
在对PLA的抗静电处理时所使用的抗静电处理液中包括5wt%的十二烷基硫酸钠、3wt%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠和余量的水。
S1-2、混合开松:将牦牛绒、PLA纤维和PVA纤维采用平铺直取法进行混合,再进行预开松和精开松,采用角钉滚筒开棉机进行预开松,采用梳针打手开棉机进行精开松。
S1-3、梳理:采用LFN288羊绒联合梳理机进行梳理成生条;其中锡林的速度为300rpm,道夫与锡林的线速度比值为1:25,刺辊与锡林的线速度比值为1:2.5;道夫与锡林的隔距为0.1-0.12mm,刺辊与锡林的隔距为0.15mm;生条的定量为18.2g/5m。由于PLA纤维容易堆积静电而导致棉网破边,所以在梳理机中棉网上方加装离子风棒,距离棉网10cm。
S1-4、并条:采用三道并条工艺,包括头并、二并和末并,并合数分别为6根、8根和8根,总牵伸倍数分别为6.8、7.2和7.8。PLA纤维在摩擦时容易起静电,所以在末并时采用金属导条器,可以减少静电对熟条质量的影响。
S1-5、粗纱:相对湿度控制75%,所制备粗纱的捻系数为400。
S1-6、细纱:采用环锭纺生产工艺,锭速为10000rpm,选择PG14054钢领,捻度为750捻/m,后区牵伸为1.15倍,并加装集合器,宽度为3mm,钳口隔距为2.5mm,所使用胶辊的硬度为邵氏78°;在前罗拉加装假捻器,假捻数为1200捻/m。
S1-7、蒸汽定型:采用真空蒸汽定型,温度为110℃,时间为200min。
在步骤S2纬纱的制备中,所述纬纱为牦牛绒弹性包芯纱的制备:所述牦牛绒弹性包芯纱包括芯纱和包覆纤维层,所述芯纱为聚乳酸舒弹丝混纺纱线,所述包覆纤维层为牦牛绒纤维。

S2-1、原材料预处理:包括牦牛绒的和毛处理和PLA、舒弹丝的抗静电处理;所述牦牛绒的长度≥35mm、细度≤18μm,所述聚乳酸纤维选用1.4dtex×38mm的短纤,含水率≤0.05%;所述舒弹丝为0.9dtex×38mm短纤,弹性回复率≥85%。

S2-3、梳理:采用梳理机对混合后的PLA纤维和舒弹丝纤维进行梳理,锡林的速度为330rpm,刺辊的速度为350rpm,出条速度为80m/min,生条定量为18g/5m。同样为了解决PLA静电有可以引起的破边,在梳理机中棉网上方加装离子风棒,距离棉网10cm。
所述刺辊与给棉板之间的隔距为0.15mm,刺辊与锡林的隔距为0.10mm,锡林与道夫的隔距为0.08mm,在入口处锡林与盖板的隔距为0.18mm,在出口处锡林与盖板的隔距为0.12mm。
S2-4并条:采用三道并条包括头并、二并和末并,并合数分别为6根、8根和8根,总牵伸倍数分别为6.5、7.5和7.8,出条定量为3-3.5g/5m。
S2-5、粗纱:锭速800rpm,捻系数380,轴向卷绕密度3.2圈/cm。
S2-6、细纱:锭速12000rpm,捻度850捻/m,Z捻,钢丝圈#6802,后区牵伸1.25倍,钳口隔距2.5mm,制备PLA/舒弹丝混纺纱,作为芯纱。

S2-9、蒸汽定型:采用饱和蒸汽进行蒸汽定型,温度为110℃,时间为25min。
在步骤S3整经中,采用分批整经的方式,张力梯度控制,前排15cN,后排25cN;
在步骤S4浆纱中,采用复配浆料对浆纱进行上浆并烘干,上浆率为5%,回潮率控制在3.5%;所述复配浆包括3wt%的己酸酯淀粉、2wt%的聚乙烯醇1799、0.2wt%的柔软剂、0.2wt%的抗静电剂、0.2wt%的2-奈酚、0.5wt%的蜡片和余量的水。由于经纱中含有PVA纤维,从而使得经纱在浸渍完浆料烘干时,PVA纤维会发生水溶,从而使得经纱内部同样会被粘附,解决了浆料难以渗透进纱线内部的问题。
在步骤S5穿综插筘和织造中,采用缎纹组织进行织造。缎纹组织可以提高面料的柔软性,具体是采用8枚缎纹。
在步骤S6退浆中,采用纤维素酶进行退浆,pH值为7.0,50℃条件下处理40min。
在步骤S7精练中,采用2g/L的非离子表面活性剂在80℃条件下处理20min。
在步骤S8预定形中,温度为100℃,时间为45s。
在S9步骤柔软整理中,将以过预定型的面料浸渍柔软整理剂,所述柔软整理剂的温度为40℃,浸渍时间为20min,轧余率为70%,烘干温度为115℃,时间为2min。柔软整理剂为氨基硅油。
在步骤S10拉毛和剪毛中,对纬面一侧采用起毛机进行起毛,逆针布速度差为10-15%;剪毛高度为1.2-1.5mm;绒毛高度为1.2mm。
在步骤S11定型中,定型温度为110-115℃。
进一步的,步骤S2-2所使用梳理机中锡林所使用的金属针布上的针齿密度为460-500Points/inch2;针布上包括基部与针齿,齿尖硬度≥780HV,齿尖包括第一第一弧形段、平直段和第二弧形段,所述第一弧形段的半径为0.05mm,所述第二弧形段的半径为0.1mm。可以减少对纤维的损伤,且前齿面的夹角为60°,后齿面的夹角为35°;所述道夫针布所使用的是鹰嘴形齿尖,且具有-8°的负前角。

对本实施例作详细说明。本发明所涉及的一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,包括如下步骤:S1经纱的制备、S2纬纱的制备、S3整经、S4浆纱、S5穿综插筘和织造、S6退浆、S7精练、S8预定形、S9柔软整理、步骤S10拉毛和剪毛、步骤S11定型。
在步骤S1经纱的制备中,所述经纱为牦牛绒/聚乳酸/PVA纤维混纺纱。
进一步的,所述牦牛绒/聚乳酸/PVA纤维混纺纱的制备包括如下步骤:

S2-8、牦牛绒弹性包芯纱的制备:将PLA/舒弹丝混纺纱和牦牛绒条采用空心锭花式捻线机制备牦牛绒弹性包芯纱,芯纱的喂入速度为15m/min,牦牛绒条的喂入量为1.2g/m,空芯锭转速为10000rpm,牦牛绒条沿S向包覆于PLA/舒弹丝外侧;芯纱与包覆纤维的超喂率为1:1.25,卷绕的张力为15cN,卷绕密度为0.35g/cm3。
S2-9、蒸汽定型:采用饱和蒸汽进行蒸汽定型,温度为105℃,时间为35min。
在步骤S3整经中,采用分批整经的方式,张力梯度控制,前排20cN,后排30cN;
在步骤S4浆纱中,采用复配浆料对浆纱进行上浆并烘干,上浆率为6%,回潮率控制在2.5%;所述复配浆包括5wt%的己酸酯淀粉、1wt%的聚乙烯醇1799、0.5wt%的柔软剂、0.1wt%的抗静电剂、0.3wt%的2-奈酚、0.3wt%的蜡片和余量的水。由于经纱中含有PVA纤维,从而使得经纱在浸渍完浆料烘干时,PVA纤维会发生水溶,从而使得经纱内部同样会被粘附,解决了浆料难以渗透进纱线内部的问题。与不含PVA纤维,直接上浆为8%相比,其断头率下降了约35%。
在步骤S5穿综插筘和织造中,采用缎纹组织进行织造。缎纹组织可以提高面料的柔软性,具体是采用8枚缎纹。
在步骤S6退浆中,采用纤维素酶进行退浆,pH值为6.5,55℃条件下处理30min。
在步骤S7精练中,采用3g/L的非离子表面活性剂在75℃条件下处理30min。
在步骤S8预定形中,温度为95℃,时间为60s。
在S9步骤柔软整理中,将以过预定型的面料浸渍柔软整理剂,所述柔软整理剂的温度为45℃,浸渍时间为15min,轧余率为75%,烘干温度为110℃,时间为2.5min。柔软整理剂为氨基硅油。
在步骤S10拉毛和剪毛中,对纬面一侧采用起毛机进行起毛,逆针布速度差为10-15%;剪毛高度为1.2-1.5mm;绒毛高度为1.2mm。
在步骤S11定型中,定型温度为110-115℃。
进一步的,步骤S2-2所使用梳理机中锡林所使用的金属针布上的针齿密度为460-500Points/inch2;针布上包括基部与针齿,齿尖硬度≥780HV,齿尖包括第一第一弧形段、平直段和第二弧形段,所述第一弧形段的半径为0.05mm,所述第二弧形段的半径为0.1mm,且前齿面的夹角为55°,后面的夹角为30°;所述道夫针布所使用的是鹰嘴形齿尖,且具有-5°的负前角。
实施例一及实施例二所制备的梭织面料克重为285克每平方米,进行导热系数进行测试。测试结果分别为0.058及0.062W/(m·k),与克重为285克纯羊毛的导热系0.087W/(m·k)相比,具有为优异的保温性。

Claims (6)
1.一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、经纱的制备:所述经纱为牦牛绒/聚乳酸/PVA纤维混纺纱;
S2、纬纱的制备:所述纬纱为牦牛绒弹性包芯纱的制备:所述牦牛绒弹性包芯纱包括芯纱和包覆纤维层,所述芯纱为聚乳酸舒弹丝混纺纱线,所述包覆纤维层为牦牛绒纤维;
S3、整经:采用分批整经的方式,张力梯度控制,前排15-20cN,后排25-30cN;
S4、浆纱:采用复配浆料对浆纱进行上浆并烘干,上浆率为5-6%,回潮率控制在2.5-3.5%;
所述复配浆包括3-5wt%的己酸酯淀粉、1-2wt%的聚乙烯醇1799、0.2-0.5wt%的柔软剂、0.1-0.2wt%的抗静电剂、0.2-0.3wt%的2-奈酚、0.3-0.5wt%的蜡片和余量的水;
S5、穿综插筘和织造:采用缎纹组织进行织造;
S6、退浆:采用纤维素酶进行退浆,pH值为6.5-7.0,50-55℃条件下处理30-40min;
S7、精练:采用2-3g/L的非离子表面活性剂在75-80℃条件下处理20-30min;
S8、预定形:温度为95-100℃,时间为45-60s;
S9、柔软整理:将以过预定型的面料浸渍柔软整理剂,所述柔软整理剂的温度为40-45℃,浸渍时间为15-20min,轧余率为70-75%,烘干温度为110-115℃,时间为2-2.5min;
S10、拉毛和剪毛:对纬面一侧采用起毛机进行起毛,逆针布速度差为10-15%;剪毛高度为1.2-1.5mm;
S11、定型:定型温度为110-115℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述牦牛绒的长度≥35mm、细度≤18μm,所述聚乳酸纤维选用1.4dtex×38mm的短纤,含水率≤0.05%;所述舒弹丝为0.9dtex×38mm短纤,弹性回复率≥85%;所述PVA纤维的原料平均分子量为60000~150000,热分解温度为200~220℃,熔点为225~230℃,细度为1.56D,长度为38mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述牦牛绒/聚乳酸/PVA纤维混纺纱的制备包括如下步骤:
S1-1原料预处理:包括牦牛绒的和毛处理和PLA的抗静电处理;
所述牦牛绒的和毛处理是指牦牛绒喷洒和毛油,并在25-30℃、65-70%相对湿度条件下养生12-24小时,所述和毛油中含有抗静电剂;
所述PLA的抗静电处理是指PLA纤维均匀喷洒抗静电处理液,并在45-50℃条件上烘干;
S1-2、混合开松:将牦牛绒、PLA纤维和PVA纤维采用平铺直取法进行混合,再进行预开松和精开松,采用角钉滚筒开棉机进行预开松,采用梳针打手开棉机进行精开松;
S1-3、梳理:采用LFN288羊绒联合梳理机进行梳理成生条;其中锡林的速度为300-350rpm,道夫与锡林的线速度比值为1:20-25,刺辊与锡林的线速度比值为1:2.0-2.5;道夫与锡林的隔距为0.1-0.12mm,刺辊与锡林的隔距为0.15mm;生条的定量为16-20g/5m;
S1-4、并条:采用三道并条工艺,包括头并、二并和末并,并合数分别为6根、8根和8根,总牵伸倍数分别为6.8、7.2和7.8;
S1-5、粗纱:相对湿度控制65-75%,所制备粗纱的捻系数为380-400;
S1-6、细纱:采用环锭纺生产工艺,锭速为10000-12000rpm,选择PG14054钢领,捻度为750-800捻/m,后区牵伸为1.15-1.20倍,并加装集合器,宽度为3-5mm,钳口隔距为2.5-3mm,所使用胶辊的硬度为邵氏78°;在前罗拉加装假捻器,假捻数为1200捻/m;
S1-7、蒸汽定型:采用真空蒸汽定型,温度为105-110℃,时间为20-30min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述牦牛绒弹性包芯纱的制备包括如下步骤:
S2-1、原材料预处理:包括牦牛绒的和毛处理和PLA、舒弹丝的抗静电处理;
所述牦牛绒的和毛处理是指牦牛绒喷洒和毛油,并在25-30℃、65-70%相对湿度条件下养生12-24小时,所述和毛油中含有抗静电剂;所述舒弹丝的抗静电处理是指在舒弹丝长丝切断时加抗静电剂和硅油基润滑剂;所述PLA的抗静电处理是指PLA纤维均匀喷洒抗静电处理液,并在45-50℃条件上烘干;
S2-2、开清棉:将PLA纤维与舒弹丝采用多仓混棉机和精细开棉机进行开棉和开松,打手速度为150-200rpm,尘棒隔距为8-10mm,棉卷定量为380-400g/m,在车间内温度为25℃±2℃,相对湿度为65%±5%;
S2-3、梳理:采用梳理机对混合后的PLA纤维和舒弹丝纤维进行梳理,锡林的速度为330-360rpm,刺辊的速度为350-700rpm,出条速度为80-100m/min,生条定量为18-20g/5m;
所述刺辊与给棉板之间的隔距为0.15-0.20mm,刺辊与锡林的隔距为0.10-0.15mm,锡林与道夫的隔距为0.08-0.12mm,在入口处锡林与盖板的隔距为0.18-0.25mm,在出口处锡林与盖板的隔距为0.12-0.18mm;
S2-4并条:采用三道并条包括头并、二并和末并,并合数分别为6根、8根和8根,总牵伸倍数分别为6.5、7.5和7.8,出条定量为3-3.5g/5m;
S2-5、粗纱:锭速800rpm,捻系数380,轴向卷绕密度3.2圈/cm;
S2-6、细纱:锭速12000rpm,捻度850捻/m,Z捻,钢丝圈#6802,后区牵伸1.25倍,钳口隔距2.5mm,制备PLA/舒弹丝混纺纱,作为芯纱;
S2-7、牦牛绒条的制备:将经过和毛的牦牛绒采用毛型精梳机制备牦牛绒条,定量为12-15g/m,并且在牵伸区加装集合器,宽度为6mm;
S2-8、牦牛绒弹性包芯纱的制备:将PLA/舒弹丝混纺纱和牦牛绒条采用空心锭花式捻线机制备牦牛绒弹性包芯纱,芯纱的喂入速度为15m/min,牦牛绒条的喂入量为0.8-1.2g/m,空芯锭转速为8000-10000rpm,牦牛绒条沿S向包覆于PLA/舒弹丝外侧;芯纱与包覆纤维的超喂率为1:1.25,卷绕的张力为12-15cN,卷绕密度为0.3-0.35g/cm3;
S2-9、蒸汽定型:采用饱和蒸汽进行蒸汽定型,温度为105-110℃,时间为25-35min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2-3所使用梳理机中锡林所使用的金属针布上的针齿密度为460-500Points/inch2;针布上包括基部与针齿,齿尖硬度≥780HV,齿尖包括第一弧形段、平直段和第二弧形段,所述第一弧形段的半径为0.05mm,所述第二弧形段的半径为0.1mm,且前齿面的夹角为55-60°,后齿面的夹角为30-35°;
所述道夫针布所使用的是鹰嘴形齿尖,且具有-5°至-8°的负前角。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种牦牛绒/聚乳酸纤维/舒弹丝梭织面料生产工艺,其特征在于,所述和毛油包括端氨基超支化合物季铵盐、交联型超支化水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、太古油、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠、大豆油脂肪酸甲酯、十八醇磷酸酯、羟基改性氨基硅油和去离子水。
