Abstract
利用本发明的方法可以在非织造织物等上生产三维的无色图案,其中通过一滚筒的圆周表面上的许多开口吸进例如热空气,这些开口形成图案。这些开口现在不应是通常的孔而是直的或曲形的间隙,它与其他的开口一起形成要求的图案。流过间隙的空气等一方面将纤维压入开口中并且在滚筒的内面的真空又将该纤维吸到图案上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种方法用以制作由相互编结的并在这方面加强的天然或合成型式的纤维构成的织物幅的、特别是非织造织物如非织造棉织物的无色图案,该织物在湿处理如液力针刺的情况下或在精制过程中也被干燥。
背景技术
由US-A-5 115 544或还由DE-A-199 12 279已知,设置一具有形成一外形的隆起的筛网,将待制作图案的非织造织物借助于水射流压向该筛网。视情况而定哪些图形作为隆起施加在连续筛网上,或许作为穿孔图案可以生产极不同的图案。EP-A-05 110 25公开类似的筛网,按此公开同样在筛网上的隆起考虑无色图案。作为移动纤维的介质其中也可以采用热空气。DE-A-199 29 105公开类似的筛网,其中用水挤压一非织造织物,后者支承在形成图案的结构筛网上。在那里水也是形成图案的流体。
US-A-4 499 637公开一种借助于空气制作无色图案的耗费较大的方法。其中将有穿透力的空气射流由一计算机控制的喷嘴喷向织物幅,但这在制造中是很耗费的并从而是昂贵的。此外由DE-A-21 09 143已知,一具有要求的图案的模板沿织物幅移动各相应的空隙,将热空气在压力下喷向这些空隙。这种由彩印法已知的方法同样不能令人满意。该同样的方法也适用于按照DE-A-20 211 188的构想,其中图案借助于模板同样以热空气这样产生,即空气促使毛圈形的织物幅的各个纤维向要求的图案收缩。
发明内容
从开头所述型式的方法出发本发明的目的在于,找到一种方法,借其不需高的费用就可连续地在非织造织物等中完成一图案,而且在织物幅的反正必需处理的过程中进行。
为了达到这个目的,本发明设定,借助于过压但基本上真空将织物幅(Warenbahn)压向设有许多通口的输送元件如连续延伸的薄膜、带或滚筒并且通口的横截面积在织物幅上产生图象图案。织物幅在湿处理情况下反正必须被干燥,例如当其借助于液力针刺加强时。如果现在设置热处理装置如具有圆周表面的滚筒筛干燥器,该装置设有形成图象的穿孔,则形成所要求的图案的本身不需要附加的费用。纤维部分地借助于真空由图案的各个孔吸取,从而由本身的纤维在非织造织物上产生三维的无色图案。但本发明的方法也可以无干燥过程地实施,不仅以冷的而且以温的或热的空气、蒸汽或液体来实施。

具体实施方式
一标准的滚筒筛装置包括一大致矩形的壳体1,其通过一隔板2分成一处理室3和一通风室4,在处理室3中可旋转地支承滚筒筛并与其同心在通风室4中可旋转地支承一风扇6。当然通风室也可以设置在一与滚筒筛壳体1分开的、在这里未示出的单独的通风壳体中。无论如何风扇使滚筒的内部处于抽引通风的情况下。
按图1在风扇6的上方和下方分别设有一加热装置7,其包括由加热介质流过的管道。滚筒在未由非织造织物覆盖的区域内在内顶盖8的内部向抽引通风打开。滚筒的有效的外壳由一穿孔的板5构成。该板在外面间隔开由一薄膜或钢带9包围,后者在滚筒的各端面在两底板11、12上保持张紧。形成图案的各个孔可以直接制在滚筒中或在采用薄膜时也可制在薄膜中。在这种情况下不再涉及一通用的滚筒筛,而是涉及一具有形成图案的圆周表面的光滑的滚筒。为了清洁的有清楚花纹的图案成形,有利的是,滚筒、薄膜等全部是透气的,如微穿孔的,借此可以全面地排走吸出的流体并且不只是在图案表面上。
该上述型式的滚筒筛一般用于干燥。但它同时或单独地也有助于制作无色的图案,为此它支承织物幅的光滑的圆周表面具有许多开口,这些开口可在非织造织物上形成三维的图案。图案可以是长缝、十字、椭圆孔或圆孔或其他的开口,它们相互结合产生一要求的图象图案。想到的图象型式示于图2中,其中在图象图案14处还示出“OTTO”,如薄膜等不仅对于图案应该构成可渗透的(durchlaessig),而且是全面可渗透的例如是微穿孔的。
制作图案的装置可以用在一连续设备中连接一用于同时的干燥的湿处理或只单独用于制作图案。视情况而定必须选择介质如空气、液体或蒸汽。
Claims (16)
1.一种用于制作由相互编结的并在这方面加强的天然或合成型式的纤维构成的织物幅的、特别是非织造织物如非织造棉织物的无色图案的方法,该织物在湿处理如液力针刺的情况下或在精制过程中还被干燥;其特征在于,借助于过压但基本上借助于真空将织物幅压向设有许多通口的输送元件如连续延伸的薄膜、带或滚筒,并且通口的横截面积在织物幅上产生图象图案。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,用于生产图象图案的过压但基本上真空借助于空气或气体的流体产生。
3.特别是按照权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,流体在图象图案的区域内但也在图象图案的边缘区域以外被全面地排走。
4.按照权利要求1-3所述的方法,其特征在于,流体,即空气或气体是被加热的。
5.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,作为气体采用蒸汽。
6.按照权利要求1至5所述的方法,其特征在于,在织物幅干燥时产生图象图案。
7.按照权利要求1至6所述的方法,其特征在于,在织物幅干燥过程以后产生图象图案。
8.按照权利要求1至7所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于蒸汽在干燥的非织造织物上产生图象图案。
9.具有一在壳体(1)内旋转的滚筒(5)的装置,为滚筒(5)例如在端面配置一风扇(6)用于气体如干燥空气的循环,该风扇(6)在滚筒(5)的外表面上产生过压而在其内面产生真空,用以实施按上述权利要求之一项所述的方法,其特征在于,滚筒(5)的外圆周表面设有形成一图象的穿孔(13),其在支承的织物幅上构成各种各样形成的图案。
10.按照权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,滚筒(5)的圆周表面本身设有图象图案(13)。
11.按照权利要求9-10所述的装置,其特征在于,在可渗透的滚筒(5)上间隔开套装一薄膜(9)、一钢带作为形成图案的圆周表面。
12.特别是按照权利要求9-11之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,滚筒、薄膜、钢带等全部沿支承织物幅的整个表面构成可透过流体的,在这种情况下确定较大尺寸的形成图案的部分。
13.按照权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,滚筒、薄膜、钢带等全部沿支承织物幅的整个表面构成为微穿孔的并从而可透过流体的,在这种情况下确定较大尺寸的形成图案的部分。
14.按照权利要求9-13所述的装置,其特征在于,各穿孔的横截面包括任意沿滚筒表面定位的、形成图象的直的或曲线形的间隙(14)或孔。
15.按照权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,各个间隙、孔(14)等组成名字、图象、任意的图案。
16.按照权利要求9-15所述的装置,其特征在于,各个间隙、孔(14)等经冲压、激光等例如制在滚筒圆周表面(5、9)上。
