Abstract
一种电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构,构成为:具有将笔直状的订书钉并列地排列的订书钉片(54)进行搬运的通路(55),在通路(55)的砧板(56A)的上方,配置着成形板(46)和打入件(48),使成形板(46)和打入件(48)向订书钉(54A)侧移动,并将成形后的订书钉(54A)向位于订书钉(54A)的下方的复印纸插入。在砧板(56A)的上方即成形板(46)的待机位置,设有一端部(57A)与订书钉片(54)的送进方向前端部接触、另一端部(57B)使断续器(检测元件)(63)进行接通断开的传感器(摆动构件)(57),并将该传感器(57)的摆动支点(57C)设在靠近通路(55)的订书钉片(54)侧,且在成形板(46)和打入件(48)上设有允许传感器(57)摆动的凹部(46A、48A)。本发明能提供一种能提高订书钉的检测机构的检测精度并能实现小型化的电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构。
Description
技术领域
本发明,涉及电动订书机的订书钉检测机构,更详细地,涉及为了装订复印纸等,在从形成片状的订书钉片使订书钉分离而形成コ字形时,对订书钉片是否位于成形机构的形成位置上的状态进行检测的订书钉检测机构。
背景技术
以往,在复印机等的堆叠器等上配置有电动订书机。
图16,是表示该电动订书机1的概略结构的图。在该电动订书机1中,使用排列着许多由笔直状的轴片构成的订书钉2、并利用粘接剂粘接成片状的订书钉片3(参照图17)。
订书钉片3,如图16所示,被层叠地容纳在订书钉夹4内。订书钉片3,利用辊子5从订书钉夹4将一片订书钉2的1根或2根进行送出。
位于送进方向的前端部的订书钉2,利用两端部形成コ字形的成形板6和支承中间部的砧板7,在1根1根形成コ字形后,利用打入件8插入复印叠纸9中。利用打入件8而贯通复印叠纸9后的脚部被夹板10折弯来进行装订。
该订书钉夹4,能拆装地收放在具有筒体形状的框架状的箱子11中,箱子11,作为一例被固定在堆叠器的底座上,夹板10成为能上下动的状态。
成形板6和打入件8被配置在箱子11的订书钉片3的送进方向前端部上方,利用驱动机构被做成能自如地上下动作,成形板6和打入件8的驱动机构,具有电动机和凸轮机构。
该驱动机构,当将复印纸9的规定张数送进至夹板10的上方的规定位置时,使成形板6和打入件8下降,夹板10向上方移动,将复印叠纸9夹在与箱子11之间,成为利用订书钉2进行装订的状态。
电动订书机1,为了检测订书钉片2的前端部是否被送至打入件的通路中,具有与订书钉片3的送进方向前端部的订书钉3接触进行检测的未图示的接触式订书钉传感器。
该订书钉传感器,在设有成形板6和打入件8的驱动机构的打入件8侧、被配置在与订书钉夹4相反侧的位置,是进行“杠杆”那样的摆动运动的构件。订书钉传感器,一端向砧板7侧延伸,另一端向订书钉夹4的相反侧延伸,并具有向打入件8侧进行摆动用的支点。
订书钉传感器,延伸成将成形板6和打入件8下降时的轨迹进行横断的状态、并成为与订书钉片2的前端部接触的状态,在成形板6和打入件8下降过来时,为了避开它们,将订书钉传感器的摆动支点配置在驱动机构的上方。
可是,在以往的电动订书机中,通过前头的订书钉的打出,在将订书钉片2的1个订书钉送进时,被向订书钉片2前端推压施力的订书钉传感器13的抵接端也就摆动1根订书钉。
但是,由于该订书钉传感器13的抵接端较远离订书钉传感器13的摆动支点,故其摆动角度小。因此,由于不能成为订书钉传感器13的另一端不能取得用于切换未图示的光断续器的信号的足够的移动距离,故有输出错误信号的可能性。
因此,在使从订书钉传感器13的支点至另一端的距离增大、而通过使抵接端与另一端的“杠杆”比进行变更来应对的场合,装置整体变大,向复印机等的安装性也不好。
另外,通过成形板6或打入件8的每次上下动时、订书钉传感器13进行接触,故不仅存在订书钉传感器13的检测精度、还存在订书钉传感器13自身的耐久性降低等的问题。
发明内容
本发明的电动订书机的订书钉检测机构,是鉴于这样的问题而做成的,其目的在于,使检测订书钉片的前端部的机构小型化,并提高检测精度、提高耐久性。
为了解决上述问题,本案的技术方案1的电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构,其特征在于,在订书钉片的送进路的送进方向的前端部上方,将所述订书钉片的订书钉形成コ字形的成形板和将形成コ字形的订书钉向复印纸插入的打入件朝与所述送进路向正交方向进行配置,在所述成形板和所述打入件相对于所述送进路进行移动时、对所述订书钉片位于所述送进路的情况进行检测的电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构,在所述送进路的所述前端部上方的位置上,设有一端始终对所述订书钉片的送进方向的前端部进行推压施力、另一端对检测元件进行接通断开的摆动构件,使该摆动构件的摆动支点位于与所述检测元件侧相比更靠近所述进给通道侧的位置,且在所述成形板和所述打入件上设有避免与所述摆动构件冲撞的退避凹部。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构的一实施形态进行说明。
图2表示一实施形态的电动订书机的概略结构。在图2中,20是电动订书机。该电动订书机20,具有:利用螺栓安装、固定在复印机的堆叠机构的框架上的外壳体21;能上下动地支承在外壳体21上的内壳体22;可摆动地保持在内壳体22中的箱子23;安装在箱子23的内部的订书钉夹壳体24;容纳在订书钉夹壳体24内的订书钉夹25(参照图1)。
外壳体21,为了内藏内壳体22,具有コ字形的平面形状,在外壳体21的侧板部上,如图3和图9所示,开设有导向销26的安装孔27,并形成有向外侧突出的突出片28A、28B。突出片28A、28B具有螺纹紧固孔。
图4表示内壳体22的侧面形状。内壳体22也与外壳体21同样由具有コ字形的平面形状的板体构成,并形成将导向销26插入侧板部中的导向槽29。30是对使连杆31(参照图10)摆动的销32进行导向的孔,33是在使箱子23(参照图8)倾斜时允许销42的移动的孔,35是用于配设将订书钉夹壳体24向箱子23的内部施力的弹簧36(参照图9)的孔,37是用于通过将弹簧36的一端挂止的固定轴38(参照图7、8)的孔。被弹簧36挂止的固定轴38与订书钉夹壳体24的后端部突出部位34卡合而对订书钉夹壳体24向箱子23的进深方向施力。39是为了限制连杆31的摆动区域而向内侧突出的突起。
图5表示箱子23的侧面形状。箱子23具有保持订书钉夹壳体24那样的矩形的筒状形态。在箱子23的前端部附近,形成有与导向槽29对应的导向槽40,并能上下动地将导向销26插入于导向槽40中。41是用于通过订书钉夹壳体24的送进爪操作用的轴42(参照图10、11)的孔,43是通过销32的孔,44是对连杆31的摆动进行限制的突起。
在箱子23的前壁部45(参照图10、11)上,形成有对成形板46的上下动进行导向的导向槽47。另外,在箱子23的前端部,形成有对成形板46和打入件48进行导向的通路49。在通路49的更前端部侧形成有纵壁部50,在纵壁部50上,形成有用于通过订书钉夹壳体24的罩51的突起52的孔53。
图6表示订书钉夹壳体24的侧面形状。订书钉夹壳体24由外层壳体24A和基座24B构成。外层壳体24A具有覆盖订书钉夹25的上部、订书钉夹25的下部被基座24B支承的、无底的箱形的形状。
另外,如图1所示,在外层壳体24A与基座24B之间的罩51侧的部分,形成有用于通过订书钉片54的通路55。在构成该订书钉夹壳体24的通路55的通路形成部56的上部,配设有作为与位于订书钉片54的送进方向前端部的订书钉接触的摆动构件的传感器57。
另外,作为送进路的通路55,形成于保持在基座24B上的下部板56与上部板80之间。符号58表示位于下部板56下方并向前后滑动的板,在板58的前端部左右侧缘部上形成有钩子部59(参照图6),在板58的中央部保持有订书钉片54的送进爪60。送进爪60在左右两侧具有矩形的突出部,该突出部被保持在保持用的突起61的凹部61A中。送进爪60被弹簧62向订书钉片54的送进方向施力,板58的钩子部59被向轴42推压并被向与订书钉片54的送进方向的相反方向施力。
轴42,如图11所示,销32相对于导向销26上升时,通过连杆31进行摆动,被连杆31推动而向使弹簧62压缩的方向移动。由此,钩子部59后退,板58后退。由于该板58的后退,送进爪60与将后方的订书钉与订书钉进行连接的凹部啮合。并且,如图10所示,在销32向导向销26侧相对地下降时,解除由连杆31对轴42的推压,另一方面,利用弹簧62的弹性力、板58向通路55的出口侧移动,送进爪60将订书钉片54的1个订书钉向前方送出。
传感器57与位于该送出的订书钉片54的前端的订书钉接触,对订书钉片54的有无进行检测。也就是说,传感器57的一端部57A面对将订书钉片54送来的通路55的出口侧的端部,传感器57的另一端部57B,延伸成通过透过型的断续器63之间的状态。传感器57的摆动支点57C被设置成与断续器(检测元件)63侧相比更靠近通路55侧的位置,与从传感器57的摆动支点57C至一端部57A的距离相比,从传感器57的摆动支点57C至另一端部57B的距离变得更长。
也就是说,因为订书钉片54的送进量是1根订书钉大小的距离,故传感器57的一端部57A的摆动时的圆弧长度是微小的,摆动支点57C朝一端部57A侧位移,相对于摆动支点57C至一端部57A的长度,摆动支点57C至另一端部57B的长度是其4~6倍左右的长度。
因此,订书钉片54的送进量即使是1个订书钉的距离,在传感器57的另一端部57B摆动时也能获得相当于4~6根订书钉的圆弧长度。由此,通过另一端部57B对断续器63进行接通断开而能确保充分的移动量,能对订书钉片54的送进正确地进行检测。
传感器57的一端部57A,在订书钉片54的前端部位于成形板46的正下方时,与位于该订书钉片54的前端部的订书钉接触,传感器57的另一端部57B将断续器63进行导通。传感器57的一端部57A,在订书钉片54的前端部未送进至成形板46的正下方时,摆动支点57C附近的突起与箱子23的前部壁部23B抵接而停止摆动,传感器57的另一端部57B对断续器63进行遮光而成为非导通。
另外,摆动支点57C,利用向传感器57的左右两侧突出的轴部57E(参照图13)而形成,该轴部57E被保持在向箱子23的左右两侧基部内面上形成的凹部中。
另外,在传感器57的中间部的突起57D上,安装着一端被支承在箱子23的分隔壁部23A上的弹簧64的另一端,弹簧64对传感器57的一端部57A向与订书钉片54的送进方向的相反侧进行施力。
断续器63,被安装在图12、图15所示的基板65的背面。基板65被保持在支架66上。在基板65上还安装着断续器63以外的其它的传感器开关类。根据断续器63和其它的开关类的输出信号,复印机判断电动订书机20的待机状态·动作状态·出问题状态等。
在传感器57的一端部57A的正上方,配设有如上所述的成形板46和打入件48。图12表示成形板46与打入件48的组合状态。成形板46,如图13所示,在下端部中央部形成有コ字形的成形用的凹部46A,在上端部两侧形成有一对倒J字形的突起46B。如图12所示,将打入件48安装在该突起46B的下侧。
成形板46的下端部是与砧板56A共同地使订书钉形成コ字形的部分,成形板46的凹部46A,具有即使成形板46与砧板56A侧最接近,也能使传感器57的一端部57A位于凹部46A内的深度。
打入件48的下端部,在与成形板46同时下降时,为了使形成コ字形的订书钉贯通于一叠复印纸,虽然形成为平的,但在打入件48的下端部中央部上,形成有使传感器57的一端部57A位于其内的退避凹部48A。打入件48的退避凹部48A,具有在利用打入件48将订书钉打入复印纸的一叠中、并利用未图示的夹板将向复印纸的背侧突出的订书钉的脚部折弯时,传感器57的一端部57A也能置于其中的深度。
在成形板46的突起46B与箱子23的前侧的水平部23C之间安装着弹簧68,成形板46和打入件48被弹簧68向离开箱子23的水平部23C的方向施力。
另外,容纳在订书钉夹壳体24的内部中的订书钉夹25,利用推压板69的突起70、71向下方推压。
如上所述,该实施形态的电动订书机20,具有使笔直状的订书钉并列地排列、并粘结成片状的订书钉片54相对于订书钉向正交方向送进的通路55,在该通路55的订书钉片54的送进方向的砧板56A(参照图13)上,配设有将订书钉形成コ字形的成形板46和用于将形成コ字形的订书钉推出并插入复印纸中用的打入件48,使成形板46和打入件48横切订书钉54A地移动,将成形后的订书钉向位于通路55的下方的复印纸插入。
并且,在通路55的砧板56A的上方,在成形板46进行成形前的待机位置,设有一端部57A与订书钉片54的送进方向前端部的订书钉接触、另一端部57B使断续器63(检测元件)进行接通断开的传感器57(摆动构件)。
另外,其特征在于,将该传感器57的摆动支点57C设置在靠近通路55的订书钉片54侧,在成形板46和打入件48上设有允许传感器57的一端部摆动的凹部46A、48A(开口部)。
采用本发明的电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构,由于将摆动构件的摆动支点设在订书钉片抵接侧即远离检测元件的位置,故另一端侧摆动时的转动角度变大,能明确地对检测元件进行接通断开,能提高检测精度。另外,利用上述结构,即使将“杠杆”比取得较大,也能使检测机构小型化,同时能促进订书机的小型化。
另外,由于成形板和打入件上形成允许摆动构件摆动的开口部,故能防止摆动构件与成形板或打入件接触而磨损,能提高耐久性。
采用这样的电动订书机20的订书钉片检测机构,在送进订书钉片54的通路55的接近部位,由于设有传感器57的摆动支点57C,故另一端部57B侧的摆动时的圆弧长度增大,能明确地对断续器63进行接通断开,能提高检测精度。
另外,由于在成形板46和打入件48上形成允许传感器57摆动的凹部46A、48A,故能防止传感器57与成形板46或打入件48接触而磨损,能提高耐久性。而且,由于将传感器57配设在成形板46和打入件48的附近即订书钉夹25侧,故能促进小型化。
Claims (4)
1、一种电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构,其特征在于,在订书钉片的送进路的送进方向的前端部上方,将所述订书钉片的订书钉形成コ字形的成形板和将形成コ字形的订书钉向复印纸插入的打入件朝与所述送进路正交方向配置,并具有:
在所述成形板和所述打入件相对于所述送进路进行移动时、对所述订书钉片位于所述送进路的情况进行检测的检测元件;
设在所述送进路的所述前端部上方的位置上、一端部与所述订书钉片的送进方向的前端部接触、另一端部使所述检测元件进行接通断开的摆动构件,
所述摆动构件的摆动支点位于与所述检测元件侧相比更靠近所述送进路侧的位置。
2、如权利要求1所述的电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构,其特征在于,在所述成形板和所述打入件上分别设有避免与所述摆动构件冲撞的退避凹部。
3、如权利要求1所述的电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构,其特征在于,所述摆动构件的一端始终对所述订书钉片的送进方向的前端部进行推压。
4、如权利要求1所述的电动订书机的订书钉片检测机构,其特征在于,所述摆动构件的摆动支点至摆动构件的另一端部的距离,是摆动构件的支点至摆动构件的一端部的距离的4~6倍。
