Description
技术领域
本发明大体涉及鞋。更具体地,本发明涉及带有促进减震、脚稳定性和自然步态的组件的鞋底。
背景技术
已经进行了多种努力来改进鞋底的特性。这些努力只针对单一的问题,例如在脚后跟区域里的减震。遗憾的是,即使集中于单个问题,也只是产生了次好的设计来解决这些问题。此外,集中于解决单个问题而造成的设计构成了一堆分离的部件或叠层。这些设计没有被形成整体并且未以有序方式操作以改善鞋底的性能。
考虑到前文所述的情况,期望提供一种改进的鞋底。具体地,期望提供这样一种鞋底,其可最佳地解决单个问题,例如减震和脚稳定性,同时以协同方式进行操作,以促进自然步态。
发明内容
本发明包括一种带有鞋底底部的鞋底,该底部带有前脚区、脚中区和脚后跟区。下脚后跟垫定位在脚后跟区。上脚后跟垫定位在下脚后跟垫的上方。带有加强肋的鞋芯垫片(shank)定位在脚中区。前脚稳定器定位在前脚区。所述前脚稳定器包括便于向前运动和侧向支撑的轴向承托板和侧向肋。所述鞋底可与带有柔性底部和刚性矫正结构的鞋垫组合使用。所述鞋垫可包括位于脚后跟和跖骨碰撞位置处的弹性体缓冲圆顶形件。所述鞋垫可包括带有吸潮芯和抗菌特性的衬里。

具体实施方式
图1为根据本发明一个实施例构型的鞋底底部100的透视图。所述鞋底底部100包括前脚区102、脚中区104和脚后跟106。前脚稳定器108定位在前脚区102。鞋芯垫片110定位在脚中区104。鞋底底部100可与任何类型的上部鞋结构112包括长靴、鞋等联合使用。图1还图示了可根据本发明实施例使用的鞋垫114。
图2为本发明鞋底的分解图。图2图示了鞋底底部100,其可由注射模制的固体橡胶化合物形成。所述鞋底底部100具有定位在前脚区102的前脚稳定器容器120。所述前脚稳定器容器120被构型为容纳前脚稳定器108。前脚稳定器108包括承托板(spine)122和肋124。根据本发明的供选构型包括中心定位的承托板122,带有定位在承托板122两侧的肋124。在一个实施例中,前脚稳定器108由尼龙形成。前脚稳定器108的承托板122和肋124的构型允许在鞋的纵向上弯曲前脚,同时提供侧向支撑和跖骨稳定性,从而有助于调整姿势的和自然步态。
脚中区104包括鞋芯垫片容器130。在一个实施例中,所述鞋芯垫片容器130包括孔132,以容纳鞋芯垫片110的加强肋134。在图2的实施例中,鞋芯垫片110具有一个带有两个加强肋134的构型。所述鞋芯垫片110可由热聚氨酯经过注射模制工艺形成。肋134的突出穿过孔132的部分可包括装饰性组件,例如经过色彩转印工艺施加的菱形印迹。所述肋的构型为鞋芯垫片提供了刚性。在一个实施例中,肋134从鞋芯垫片110凸起,留下一个与凸起部分相对的凹槽。所述凹槽减少了重量和制造成本。供选地,所述凹槽可被填充以提供额外的支撑。鞋芯垫片110和肋134的构型尤其是在脚中区提供了防止扭力或转力的稳定性。所述鞋芯垫片110和肋134还用于把脚放进一个平衡、自然的位置,这有助于适当地调整身体姿势和向前的冲量。当由复合材料形成时,鞋芯垫片110不象在金属鞋芯垫片的情况下导热、冷或电。复合材料还可以比金属更结实和更轻。前脚稳定器108和鞋芯垫片110可采用任何数量的标准粘结剂连接到鞋底底部100上。
图2还图示了一个可根据本发明一个实施例使用的堆叠的或者层状的脚后跟垫的构型。所述鞋芯垫片110形成一个孔136,其尺寸相应于在脚后跟106中形成的孔138。在本发明的一个实施例中,一个半透明的脚后跟窗140定位在脚后跟106的底部。半透明脚后跟窗140可由透明橡胶形成。优选地,窗口140被处理以延缓泛黄的发生。例如,所述脚后跟窗可以是紫外线稳定的或者被涂成半透明的蓝色以有助于不泛黄。脚后跟窗140可采用标准粘接剂连接到脚后跟106。
下脚后跟垫142被定位在半透明脚后跟窗140的上部。在一个实施例中,下脚后跟垫142为一个具有椭圆或卵形周边的模切橡胶。所述模切橡胶可以是60%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)与40%的海绵橡胶相化合。在一个实施例中,在与半透明脚后跟窗140相邻的下脚后跟垫142的底部上形成网纹栅格。所述网纹栅格可由金刚石、蜂窝状物和类似物形成。下脚后跟垫142用于吸收和分散震动。此外,下脚后跟垫142用于把来自脚后跟碰撞的能量返回以帮助把脚推进到其步态的下一步中,从而形成反弹或推进动作。
上脚后跟垫144也根据本发明的一个实施例使用。所述上脚后跟垫144可包括一个周边凸缘146和主体148。周边凸缘146可定位在鞋芯垫片110的上方或者下方。因此,周边凸缘146可附加到鞋底底部100和/或鞋芯垫片110上。在一个实施例中,周边凸缘146和主体148由热聚氨酯形成。所述热聚氨酯优选封装凝胶,例如热塑性的橡胶凝胶。所述凝胶可以被构型为网纹栅格的一部分或全部。上脚后跟垫144用于提供额外的缓冲作用和震动分散。
图3图示的是鞋底底部100的底部。具体地,该图图示了一个前脚推力结构152。该图还图示了突出穿过鞋底底部100的鞋芯垫片110的加强肋134。此外,该图图示了半透明脚后跟窗140和形成一部分下脚后跟垫144的网纹栅格结构150。
图4为上脚后跟垫144的透视图,包括周边凸缘146和主体148。图4图示了定位在主体148中的凝胶154。在该实施例中,凝胶154处于网纹构型中。

图7图示了可与鞋底底部100联合使用的鞋垫114的底部视图。所述鞋垫114可构造为具有柔性底部160,如闭环聚氨酯。刚性矫正支撑162可与柔性底部160联合使用。通过举例,刚性矫正支撑162可由尼龙形成并可构型成提供拱形支撑和防止扭转的稳定性。所述鞋垫114包括在跖骨碰撞位置处的弹性体缓冲圆顶形件164。所述弹性体圆顶形件可由聚氨酯形成。弹性体缓冲圆顶形件166也优选定位在脚后跟处。所述圆顶形结构提供额外的吸震和缓冲作用。
图7为鞋垫114的顶视图。鞋垫114包括提供吸潮芯和抗菌功能的鞋垫衬里170。例如,所述鞋垫衬里170可由聚酯形成。
鞋底底部100的结构组件以协同方式运行。当脚后跟受到撞击时,下脚后跟垫142通过相对刚性的橡胶结构吸收并分散撞击力。该动作可由位于下脚后跟垫142底部的网纹构型加强。上脚后跟垫144通过相对柔软的凝胶补充该功能。带有加强肋134的鞋芯垫片110随后操作把脚放在平衡位置以减少转动和颤动,特别是在脚中区。这有助于适当地调整身体姿势和向前的冲量。当以自然步态前进时,前脚稳定器108提供了前脚的弯曲,同时减少侧向移动,从而在前脚区提供了跖骨的稳定性。这改进了平衡和向前的冲量。鞋垫114的柔性底部160加强了自然步态,而矫正结构162提供了拱形支撑和扭转稳定性。进一步地,鞋垫114的弹性体圆顶形件164和166提供额外的吸震和缓冲作用。因此,鞋底100和鞋垫114有利地便于任何数量的活动,包括骑马。

Claims (18)
1、一种鞋底,包括:
带有前脚区、脚中区和脚后跟区的鞋底底部;
定位在所述脚后跟区的下脚后跟垫;
定位在所述下脚后跟垫上方的上脚后跟垫;
位于所述脚中区的带有加强肋的鞋芯垫片;以及
定位在所述前脚区的前脚稳定器,所述前脚稳定器包括用于促进向前运动和侧向支撑的轴向承托板和侧向肋。
2、如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其中,所述脚中区包括容纳所述加强肋的孔。
3、如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其中,所述脚后跟区包括一个半透明窗。
4、如权利要求3所述的鞋底,其中,所述半透明窗被处理以延缓泛黄。
5、如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其中,所述下脚后跟垫由模切橡胶形成。
6、如权利要求5所述的鞋底,其中,所述下脚后跟垫为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和海绵橡胶的化合物。
7、如权利要求5所述的鞋底,其中,所述下脚后跟包括与所述半透明窗相邻的网纹栅格。
8、如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其中,所述上脚后跟垫包括凝胶。
9、如权利要求8所述的鞋底,其中,所述上脚后跟垫包括封装在热聚氨酯中的热塑性橡胶凝胶。
10、如权利要求8所述的鞋底,其中,所述上脚后跟垫具有网纹栅格。
11、如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其中,所述鞋芯垫片由复合材料形成。
12、如权利要求11所述的鞋底,其中,所述鞋芯垫片由热聚氨酯经注射模制工艺形成。
13、如权利要求1所述的鞋底,其中,所述前脚稳定器由尼龙形成。
14、如权利要求1所述的鞋底与鞋垫的组合。
15、如权利要求14所述的鞋底与鞋垫的组合,其中,所述鞋垫包括柔性结构的底部和刚性矫正结构。
16、如权利要求14所述的鞋底与鞋垫的组合,其中,所述鞋垫包括弹性体缓冲圆顶形件。
17、如权利要求16所述的鞋底与鞋垫的组合,其中,所述弹性体缓冲圆顶形件定位在脚后跟与跖骨的碰撞位置处。
18、如权利要求14所述的鞋底与鞋垫的组合,其中,所述鞋垫包括带有吸潮芯和抗菌特性的鞋垫衬里。
