Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒,包括有试剂外包装盒,盒内至少有一测试板及一组密封的试剂滴管和一组密封的巯基显色剂载体膜;所述一组密封的试剂滴管至少2支,其一为不含巯基络合剂的试剂滴管,另一为含巯基络合剂的试剂滴管;所述一组密封的巯基显色剂载体膜至少2个,分隔放置,分别吸附着等量的巯基显色剂;所述测试板上设有承载巯基显色剂载体膜的测试区,其数量与巯基显色剂载体膜数量相同,至少2个。使用该试剂盒测定巯基,速度快、成本低。测定可在普通室内进行,无需分析天平、生化分析仪或分光光度计、离心机等仪器设备,无色弱、色盲的专业人员和非专业人员都能使用,可使中国的体液巯基普及检测率超过90%。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种试剂盒,尤其涉及一种便携式长效而快速测定体液中巯基的试剂盒。
背景技术
1986年,本申请的发明人林根春首次成功设计出尿液、胃液、腹水等体液中巯基的检测方法,发表了相关论文和学术报告(林根春。测定尿中巯基物对恶性肿瘤的诊断。福建医学院学报1986;20(2):39)。然而,这种方法要求试剂即配即用,所配制的巯基检测试剂和待测体液必须同时加入试管混合处理,即时检测该体液的巯基;并且必须具备分析天平、生化分析仪或分光光度计、离心机等精密仪器设备;由专业技术人员在专业实验室操作1~1.5小时才能完成整个检验过程。该方法经历20多年,在检测巯基工作中发挥了重要作用。但在时间、空间、检测速度、工作效力、检查成本都受到很大限制,不能满足大规模和大范围使用需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种长效、快速、高效率的便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下设计方案:
一种便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒,包括一个外包装盒,盒内至少有一测试板及至少一组密封的试剂滴管和一组密封、分隔放置的巯基显色剂载体膜;所述一组密封的试剂滴管至少为2支,其一为不含巯基络合剂的试剂滴管,另一为含巯基络合剂的试剂滴管;所述一组巯基显色剂载体膜,至少为2个,均吸附着等量的巯基显色剂;所述一个测试板上设有测试区,测试区的开设数量与巯基显色剂载体膜数量相同,至少为2个。
所述的一组巯基显色剂载体膜相互分隔放置,且带有密封包装结构。
本实用新型便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒有效使用期可延长至四年,测定速度可加快30~45倍,成本降低33倍。测定可在普通室内进行,无需分析天平、生化分析仪或分光光度计、离心机等仪器设备,无色弱、色盲的专业人员和非专业人员都能使用,可使中国的体液巯基普及检测率超过90%。
本实用新型的优点是:试剂滴管及巯基显色剂载体膜与测试板一并包装在试剂盒内,便于随身携带;且毋需在特定的实验室及具备相关设备的环境下进行测定,大多人员都能使用,适宜大范围和大规模普及应用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒的盒内置有测试板及试剂滴管和巯基显色剂载体膜。
图1所示实施例中,其试剂盒1内有一测试板2和两支试剂滴管,该两支试剂滴管是1号试剂滴管(R1)5和2号试剂滴管(R2)8。在测试板2上分设出T1测试区3、T2测试区4;在测试区3和测试区4的各辖区内分别置有S1巯基显色剂载体膜6、S2巯基显色剂载体膜7。
上述的S1巯基显色剂载体膜6和S2巯基显色剂载体膜7吸附着等量巯基显色剂,且两个巯基显色剂载体膜相互分隔,使用前应密封、分隔包装保存。
图1是本实用新型便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒一较佳实施例结构,属一次性使用试剂盒。亦可根据需要在一个试剂盒中置有两次(或同时供两人)或多次(或同时供多人)测定用的测试板、试剂滴管、巯基显色剂载体膜,亦即盒内置有至少一个测试板及至少一组密封的试剂滴管和一组巯基显色剂载体膜,还可以是若干个测试板并配备若干密封的试剂滴管和巯基显色剂载体膜,以供多人测定或个人多次测定用;此处不一一列举其组合实例。所述配置的一组密封的巯基显色剂载体膜无论是两个还是多个,均应吸附着等量的巯基显色剂,产品封装及使用中的保存均应保持彼此分隔、密闭状态。
上述各实施例可在不脱离本实用新型的范围下加以若干变化,故以上的说明所包含及附图中所示的结构应视为例示性,而非用以限制在本实用新型的申请专利范围。
本实用新型便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒的测定是这样实现的:首先将测试板平放在台面上;拆封避光密封的S1和S2巯基显色剂载体膜,将S1巯基显色剂载体膜平放在测试板T1测试区,S2巯基显色剂载体膜平放在测试板T2测试区;依次打开R1试剂滴管和R2试剂滴管,将R1试剂滴管内的试剂滴入S1巯基显色剂载体膜中央,将R2试剂滴管内的试剂滴入S2巯基显色剂载体膜中央,R1和R2试剂分别滴入S1和S2巯基显色剂载体膜的量相等;把待测巯基的体液等量地分别加入S1和S2巯基显色剂载体膜中央;观测S1和S2巯基显色剂载体膜的显色反应:当S1巯基显色剂载体膜比S2巯基显色剂载体膜显色更深时,结果为巯基测定阳性,也可根据S1巯基显色剂载体膜比S2巯基显色剂载体膜显色更深的程度不同进行半定量记录和报告;当S1和S2巯基显色剂载体膜的显色深浅度相同或二者都不显色时,结果为巯基测定阴性。
Claims (3)
1.一种便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒,包括有试剂外包装盒,其特征在于:盒内至少有一测试板及至少一组密封的试剂滴管和一组密封的巯基显色剂载体膜;所述一组密封的试剂滴管至少为2支,在至少的2支中,其一为不含巯基络合剂的试剂滴管,另一为含巯基络合剂的试剂滴管;所述一组密封的巯基显色剂载体膜至少2个;所述测试板上设有一组承载巯基显色剂载体膜的测试区,测试区的数量与密封的巯基显色剂载体膜数量相同,至少为2个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒,其特征在于:所述一组密封的巯基显色剂载体膜均为吸附着等量巯基显色剂的载体膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携式长效快速体液巯基测定试剂盒,其特征在于:所述的各巯基显色剂载体膜彼此分隔放置,且带有密封包装结构。
