Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种木质装饰片。其特征是
由正方形、长方形、菱形或正六边形等几何形装的薄
木板经排列组合成连续的图案，一面用胶合剂粘贴在
牛皮纸上。薄木板是用胶合板，微薄木或火柴生产过
程中的废料——碎单板经再加工制成。这种木质装
饰片具有天然木纹的美感，造型新颖，手感好，耐久性
强，透气性好，可用湿布擦洗，适用于室内装饰，尤其
适于做墙裙。这种木质装饰片的发明为碎单板的充
分合理利用开辟了新的途径，并大大提高了木材综合
利用率。
Description
本实用新型提供了一种木质装饰片。目前我们常见到的室内墙面装饰材料有涂料、墙纸和墙布等。这些材料虽然具有好的装饰性，价格也较低，但缺乏天然材料的美感，耐久性较差，不透气，尤其是有的材料还会散发出有害物质，影响身体健康，所以还不尽人意。
本实用新型的目的在于制造一种较高级的室内装饰材料。这种材料是用胶合板、微薄木和火柴生产中产生的大量废料－－碎单板，经再加工制成的。具有木材的自然美感，经久耐用，可用湿布擦洗，防潮保温，透气性好，花纹图案美观，舒适，无有害物散发的特点。
本实用新型是这样实现的，利用成型刀具把胶合板、微薄木或火柴生产中的碎单板冲剪成正方形、长方形、菱形或正六边形等几何形状后，按设计要求排列组合成连续的图案，用胶合剂将其一面逐块粘贴在牛皮纸（2）上，然后把粘贴在牛皮纸（2）上的木质装饰片（1）粘贴在墙面上或其它需要装饰的地方。墙面要求平整、光滑，用砂纸擦去浮灰。待自然干燥后，砂光表面，上清漆即可。
附图是本实用新型的示意图。
本实用新型的实施例：用成型刀具将取来的碎单板冲剪成正六边形，然后用胶合剂将其一面逐块粘贴在牛皮纸（2）上，配制成连续的正六边图案，然后裁成一定规格大小，如25cm×25cm，这样就制成了本发明的木质装饰片（1）。用砂纸将需要装饰的石灰墙面砂光，然后一张紧挨一张粘贴在墙面上，并注意图案对齐。待自然干燥后，砂光表面，上清漆即可。
这种木质装饰片制造工艺设备简单，原料来源丰富，生产成本低，市场广阔，具有显著的社会经济效益。

- 一种木质装饰片，由具有正方形、长方形、正六边形或菱形等几何形状的薄木板和牛皮纸组成，其特征在于各种几何形状的薄木板是由胶合板、微薄木或火柴生产中的废料--碎单板加工制成的，经排列组合成连续的图套，一面粘贴在牛皮纸上。
