Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种盒式磁头消磁带。它包
括带盒、供带轮和卷带轮，其特点在于在供带轮和卷
带轮上缠绕有用磁性材料制作的、录有消磁信号的消
磁带，在该消磁带两端还可连接清洗带；在带盒内侧
或外侧设有铁磁性金属屏敝层。它能依次对磁头进
行清洗和消磁具有使用方便，通用性强的优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种盒式磁头消磁带。
众所周知，录音／像机在经过一定时期使用后，磁头／鼓等磁带运行时经过的部件，都可能粘结上一些磁带上脱落下来的磁粉和空气中的微粒灰尘，这些磁性粉末和灰尘不仅在磁带运行时污染磁带，还会对磁头有一定的“充磁”作用，使磁带在放音／像时受到影响。在现有专利技术中，多采用在磁带两端连接清洗带，以达到清洁磁头的目的，但不能将磁头上的剩磁消除。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可将音／像设备磁头上的剩磁消除的盒式磁头消磁带。
本实用新型的另一目的是提供一种能够对音／像设备的磁头顺序进行清洗、消磁的盒式磁头清洗消磁带、以保证磁头清洁，减轻磁头与磁带的磨损，消除磁头上的剩磁、达到声音清晰、图像色彩纯正的效果。
本实用新型包括带盒、供带轮和卷带轮，其改进之处在于在供带轮和卷带轮上缠绕有用磁性材料制作的、录音消磁信号的消磁带，在带盒内侧或外侧设有铁磁性金属屏敝层。
本实用新型还可以在上述消磁带两端连接有清洗带，在带盒抹音孔设置缺角。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步描述。

参照图1，本实用新型的实施例1包括带盒（1）、供带轮（3）和卷带轮（5），其改进之处在于在供带轮（3）和卷带轮（5）上缠绕有用磁性材料制作的、录有消磁信号（该信号为由弱至强然后维持一段时间再逐渐减弱的衰减振荡信号，其波形可以为锯齿波、矩形波或三角波）的消磁带（2），在带盒（1）内侧（或外侧）设有铁磁性金属屏敝层（4）。在制作时，带盒接缝应严密，或选用导磁金属胶带粘贴。
参照图2，本实用新型的实施例2包括带盒（1）、供带轮（3）卷带轮（5）和消磁带（2），其要点是在消磁带（2）两端连接有清洗带（7.8），在带盒（1）内侧（或外侧）设有铁磁性金属敝层（4），在带盒（1）抹音孔位设置缺角（6）。
本实用新型可将磁头上的剩磁消除，具有使用方便、通用性强的优点。特别是本实用新型的最佳实施例，可先由柔软细腻的清洗带对磁头擦拭、清洗，除去其表面灰尘及污物，再由带有消磁信号的消磁带通过磁头，使磁头剩磁减少或消失，从而达到声音清晰、图像色彩纯正的效果。
Claims (3)
1、一种盒式磁头消磁带，包括带盒、供带轮和卷带轮、其特征在于在供带轮和卷带轮上缠绕有用磁性材料制作的、录有消磁信号的消磁带，在带盒内侧或外侧设有铁磁性金属屏敞层。
2、如权利要求1所述的盒式磁头消磁带、其特征在于在消磁带两端连接有清洗带。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的盒式磁头消磁带，其特征在于在带盒抹音孔位设有缺角。
