Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the silk floss paper handicraft according to the present embodiment includes a first member 1 assembled or cut from silk floss paper, a second member 2 which is assembled with the silk floss of the first member 1 and decorated on the first member 1, and a third member 3 which is assembled with the second member 2 and relatively fixes the first member 1 and the second member 2 in a three-dimensional state.
Specifically, the silk wadding paper artware is a flower, namely, the first part 1 is a petal, the second part 2 is a stamen, and the third part 3 is a receptacle, wherein the flower is detachably connected with the branch 4 from the end part of the receptacle. Therefore, the silk thread can display the petals more naturally, and the flower simulation effect is good under the setoff of the stamen and the receptacle.
In this embodiment, the petals are composed of a plurality of pieces of silk cotton paper 10, wherein each piece of silk cotton paper 10 is provided with an assembly hole, and the pistil passes through the assembly hole to be inserted into the receptacle. The assembly mode is convenient for the shaping of the flower and the assembly is very convenient.
The pistil comprises a penetrating part 20 penetrating out of the self-assembly hole, a propping part 21 propping against the inner wall of the petals and capable of propping the petals open relatively, and a decorative pistil strip 22 arranged on the propping part 21 and located in a petal cavity formed by the petals. The appearance is beautiful, and the assembly is convenient; meanwhile, the petal is shaped by the arrangement of the opening part.
In this example, the decorative core 22 has three strips that are relatively spaced apart. The simulation degree is further improved.
In addition, the positioning stability of the petals is further improved, and the three-dimensional effect of the flower is enhanced. A calyx 5 is arranged between the receptacle and the petals, wherein the calyx 5 is uniformly distributed around the receptacle at intervals, and the petals are attached to the inner wall of the calyx. Under the arrangement of the calyx, the positioning stability of the petals is further improved, and the three-dimensional effect of the flower is enhanced.
Meanwhile, the receptacle comprises a supporting part 30 integrally formed with the calyx 5 and a supporting part 31 extending from the supporting part 30 to a direction far away from the pistil, wherein the supporting part 31 forms a through hole and is inserted into the branch 4 from the through hole.
In this embodiment, the manufacturing process of the silk floss paper 10 includes the following steps:
1) preparing a soaking solvent, and stirring and mixing glue solution and water, wherein the weight ratio of the glue solution to the water is 9: 4, mixing the adopted glue solution by weight ratio of a plant adhesive, a stiffening agent and water, wherein the plant adhesive is polyvinyl acetate emulsion and accounts for 28.6 percent, the stiffening agent is high-concentration stiffening emulsion (ZB-80) produced by the economic and technical development and practical center of Jiangsu silk scientific research institute and accounts for 28.6 percent, and the balance is water (namely, 42.8 percent)
2) Cutting a silk floss section formed by drawing, wherein the length, width and thickness of the silk floss section are 1m 0.5m 0.01m, the silk floss section consists of 5 layers of silk floss sheets, the initial weight is W1, W1=35g, and the thickness of the cut silk floss section is H1, H1=10 mm;
3) soaking the silk floss sections in the soaking solvent in the step 1), repeatedly kneading the silk floss sections to ensure that the soaking solvent is uniformly absorbed by the silk floss sheets to wet the silk floss sections thoroughly, then taking out the silk floss and draining the solvent on the surface of the silk floss sections, and measuring the thickness H2, wherein H2=10.6mm, H2-H1=0.6mm, and the weight of the silk floss sections after soaking is W2, wherein W2=84g, and W2-W1=49 g;
4) flatly paving the silk floss sections which are in accordance with the weight in the step 3) on a plastic board, then gradually layering a plurality of layers of silk floss sheets from top to bottom, pulling the silk floss sheets to be separated from the lower layer of silk floss sheets along the extension direction of the silk strands in the separation process of each layer of silk floss sheets, then flatly paving the separated silk floss sheets, stretching and finishing the silk floss sheets along the extension direction of the silk strands, and enabling the thickness of the silk floss sheets to be uniform and neat;
5) and naturally drying to form silk cotton paper, and pulling the silk cotton paper along the extending direction of the silk strands so that the silk cotton paper is stripped from the plastic board.
Therefore, the stiffness of the silk tissue paper is 10.2 mn.m; the air permeability is 8.6L/square meter; the bacteriostasis rate is 99.2 percent, and the moisture-proof rate is 99.9 percent.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3, the handicraft of this embodiment is a planar picture, and includes a first member 1 assembled or cut from silk floss paper, a second member 2 which is matched with the silk thread of the first member 1 and decorated on the first member 1, and a third member 3 which is matched with the first member 1 and relatively fixes the first member 1 and the second member 2 in a planar state.
Specifically, the first part 1 is drawing paper, the second part 2 is a picture coating formed on the drawing paper, and the third part 3 is a picture frame. Therefore, the picture can be formed relatively naturally by combining the shape of the silk thread.
In this example, the process for making the silk tissue paper is substantially the same as that of example 1, except as follows.
1. Wood glue and water are stirred and mixed, wherein the weight ratio of the wood glue to the water is 10: 3.
2. each time, separating the silk floss pieces on the upper surface layer of the silk floss section, and after each separation is completed, turning the silk floss section to be separated by 180 degrees until the separation of the silk floss pieces is completed. The benefits of this operation are: the solvent absorbed in the silk floss section to be layered is prevented from concentrating towards the bottom under the self weight, and the weight of each layer of the separated silk floss sheet is almost equal through overturning, so that the thickness of the final paper is relatively uniform.
Therefore, the stiffness of the silk tissue paper is 8.8 mn.m; the air permeability is 7.5L/square meter; the bacteriostasis rate is 98.8 percent, and the moisture-proof rate is 99.1 percent.
In conclusion, the handicraft of this implementation has the following advantages:
1. the silk floss paper with specific stiffness and air permeability is made into planar and three-dimensional artware, so that the application range of silk floss is expanded, and the artware has high simulation degree, is not easy to be stained with ash and is convenient to be arranged due to the characteristics of clear color, light and dark color, no damage by twisting, clear and visible texture and the like of silk threads;
2. the film is waterproof and non-deformable, can be as thin as cicada's wing and as thick as drawing paper, and has strong plasticity;
3. not only becomes a new favorite in the flower making process, but also can be applied to the decoration in families and beautify the environment.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the utility model.
