Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without inventive effort, based on the embodiments in this disclosure are intended to be within the scope of this disclosure.
"Nebulized matrix" means a mixture or auxiliary substance that can be wholly or partially nebulized into an aerosol by electronic devices or the like. The atomized matrix can be liquid, paste or solid electronic cigarette materials, medical drugs, skin care products and other mediums. By aerosolizing these media, aerosols may be delivered to the user for aspiration or absorption.
"Aerosol" refers to a colloidal dispersion formed by dispersing and suspending small particles of a solid or liquid in a gaseous medium.
"Atomizing device" refers to a device that forms an aerosol from a stored, nebulizable substrate, i.e., a nebulized substrate, by means of heating or ultrasound, etc.
"Electronic cigarette" refers to a system in which aerosol (i.e., smoke) is generated by atomizing or the like of a smoke material, such as a smoke liquid or a smoke paste, as an atomizing base, for human suction, sucking, chewing, or snuff. In some examples, the electronic cigarette may include a storage chamber for storing the aerosol and an atomizing core for atomizing the aerosol to form an aerosol.
The conventional heating atomizer generally includes an atomized substrate storage part in which an atomized substrate (e.g., a smoke paste) in a paste form is stored, and a heating device. When the paste-like aerosol matrix is heated, an aerosol (smoke) is produced which can be inhaled by the user.
However, in the conventional atomizing device, the heating wire is usually disposed on the sidewall of the atomizing substrate storage component, for example, disposed at the outer surface or the inner surface of the sidewall or embedded in the sidewall, and the bottom of the atomizing substrate storage component has no back cover, so that the atomizing substrate leakage phenomenon occurs easily in the heating process, for example, the liquid atomizing substrate leaks from the bottom of the atomizing substrate storage component, which not only affects the use experience of the user, but also shortens the service life of the atomizing device.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an atomized substrate storage member 10 is presented. The atomizing base storage component 10 may be, for example, a cup-shaped component for storing a paste-like atomizing base, i.e., a paste cup.
Fig. 1 illustrates an exploded perspective view of an atomized substrate storage member according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, fig. 2 illustrates a perspective view of the atomized substrate storage member of fig. 1, and fig. 3 illustrates a cross-sectional view of the atomized substrate storage member of fig. 1;
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the atomized substrate storage member 10 includes a storage member body 11 and a liquid guiding element 12. The storage member body 11 includes a side wall 111 and a bottom wall 112 connected to the side wall 111, the side wall 111 and the bottom wall 112 forming a storage chamber 115 for storing the atomized substrate. The liquid guiding element 12 is arranged in the storage cavity 115, the atomizing substrate is arranged above the liquid guiding element 12, the liquid guiding element 12 is used for adsorbing and guiding the atomizing substrate, such as oily liquid formed by heating and melting the pasty atomizing substrate, and a heating element 125 used for heating the atomizing substrate is arranged in the liquid guiding element 12.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, through the combination of the liquid guiding element 12 and the storage component main body 11, the atomized substrate can be effectively guided to the heating element 125, so that the atomization efficiency and the atomization effect are improved, and the user experience is improved. In addition, the bottom of atomizing matrix storage part is closed by the diapire and the drain component of storage part main part, and heating element 125 in the drain component can act on atomizing matrix fast, will atomize by heating element 125 below after atomizing matrix melts, can not spill from the bottom of atomizing matrix storage part, has improved the durability and the security of whole device.
In some embodiments, the volume of reservoir 115 defined by side wall 111 and bottom wall 112 may be sized to be greater than the volume of liquid directing component 12 to the extent appropriate. For example, the storage chamber 115 may be sized to adequately accommodate the liquid transfer element 12 and the desired storage of the atomized substrate (e.g., aerosol, etc.).
In some embodiments, the liquid guiding element 12 and the storage component body 11 comprise a thermally conductive material. By configuring the liquid-conducting element 12 to be thermally conductive, heat generated by the heating element 125 may be conducted to the atomizing substrate and/or the storage component body 11. By configuring the storage component body 11 to also be thermally conductive, heat may be transferred to the atomizing substrate. Thus, the heat generated by the heating element 125 can be quickly and efficiently conducted into the atomized matrix. By the design of the liquid guiding element 12 and the storage part body 11, the heat conduction is more uniform, thereby ensuring that the atomized matrix maintains a uniform temperature during heating. The uniform heat distribution can improve the atomization efficiency, avoid matrix degradation or poor atomization effect caused by local overheating or supercooling, shorten the preheating time and improve the user experience.
In some embodiments, the liquid guide member 12 is disposed within the reservoir 115 adjacent to or in close proximity to the bottom wall 112, and the nebulized matrix is disposed within the reservoir 115 above the liquid guide member 12. The liquid guiding element 12 is designed to be close to or cling to the bottom wall 112, so that the bottom of the atomized substrate storage part 10 is sealed by the bottom wall 112 of the storage part main body 11 and the liquid guiding element 12, the heating element 125 in the liquid guiding element can act on the atomized substrate quickly, and the atomized substrate can be atomized by the heating element 125 below after being melted, and cannot leak from the bottom of the atomized substrate storage part.
In some embodiments, the liquid guiding element 12 is formed integrally with the storage component body 11, e.g. sintered integrally.
In some embodiments, the liquid guiding element 12 includes a liquid guiding element body 121, and the liquid guiding element body 121 has a microporous structure. By the liquid-guiding member body 121 having a microporous structure, the liquid-absorbing ability and liquid-guiding effect of the liquid-guiding member 12 are enhanced. The micropore structures can effectively increase the contact area between the heated and melted atomized matrix and the liquid guide element 12, and the atomized matrix can more uniformly permeate into the liquid guide element by utilizing the porous capillary action, so that the heating uniformity and efficiency are improved. The existence of the micropore structure can also prevent liquid from being concentrated at a certain position, thereby being beneficial to reducing local overheating phenomenon and improving the overall atomization performance and stability.
In some embodiments, the liquid guide element body 121 is made of one or more of ceramic, mica, quartz, glass having a microporous structure. These materials selected have excellent heat resistance and chemical stability. The material with the micropore structure can keep stable structure at high temperature, is not easy to deform or degrade, and ensures the purity and atomization effect of the atomized matrix. In addition, these materials have good thermal conductivity, which can increase the rate at which heat generated by the heating element 125 is transferred to the atomized substrate, thereby increasing the heating efficiency and extending the useful life of the liquid directing element 12.
In some embodiments, the microporous structure has a pore size of 10 microns to 200 microns.
In some embodiments, the liquid guide element 12 further includes an atomization passage 122 and first inlet and outlet openings 123, 124. As shown in fig. 3, an atomizing passage 122 is provided through the liquid guide member body 121, and a first air inlet opening 123 and a first air outlet opening 124 are respectively in fluid communication with the atomizing passage 122.
The atomized matrix (e.g., smoke oil, etc.) heated and melted by the heating element 125 is absorbed or adsorbed by the liquid guiding element 12 on the porous structure of the liquid guiding element 12, and after the atomized matrix is absorbed or adsorbed on the liquid guiding element 12, it is finally atomized in the atomizing channel 122, thereby forming aerosol.
The nebulization channel 122 through the body 121 of the liquid guiding element contributes to a good air flow guidance and control during nebulization. After the atomized matrix is heated to form an aerosol by the heating element 125 in the liquid guide 12, the atomizing channel provides a gas path for the flow of the aerosol, ensuring that the atomized aerosol can pass through the device quickly and smoothly. In the case where the aerosol matrix storage member 10 is used for an electronic cigarette, the first air inlet opening 123 communicates with the outside air, the first air outlet opening 124 communicates with the mouthpiece portion, the outside air enters the aerosol passage through the first air inlet opening 123 under the suction of the user, and the first air outlet opening 124 escapes from the mouthpiece portion. Since the path from formation to discharge of the atomized aerosol is clear, the possibility of stagnation inside the device is reduced, and thus the atomization efficiency and the output effect of the aerosol are improved.
In addition, since the liquid guiding element 12 has a microporous structure and the bottom wall 112 of the storage part body and the liquid guiding element close the bottom of the storage part body 11, the atomized matrix in the atomization passage 122 can be well adsorbed in the microporous structure of the liquid guiding element 12 without easily leaking downward from the atomization passage 122, improving the durability and safety of the entire device.
In some examples, first inlet opening 123 and first outlet opening 124 may be, for example, circular openings, or may be other suitable shaped openings. Further, the first inlet opening 123 and the first outlet opening 124 may be, for example, slightly larger than the size of the nebulization channel 122 in some examples.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the sidewall 111 of the storage part body 11 is provided with the second inlet opening 113 and the second outlet opening 114 corresponding to the first inlet opening 123 and the first outlet opening 124.
As shown in fig. 3, the second air inlet opening 113 and the second air outlet opening 114 may have a size corresponding to that of the first air inlet opening 123 and the first air outlet opening 124, respectively, to ensure a smoother inflow of the gas and to rapidly discharge the atomized aerosol.
In some embodiments, the shape of the liquid guiding element 12 is adapted to the shape of the storage cavity 115 such that the outer peripheral surface of the liquid guiding element 12 conforms to the inner surface of the side wall 111 of the storage component body 11.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the storage part body 11 is of a hollow cylindrical structure, and the storage chamber 115 is formed in a hollow inside thereof. The hollow cylindrical structure of the storage part body 11 can occupy less volume in the whole device, contributing to cost reduction. The side wall 111 of the hollow cylindrical structure storage part body 11 includes an outer side wall and an inner side wall, and at least one positioning structure for positioning the circumferential position of the storage part body 11 during installation is provided on the outer side wall. By the positioning structure, the circumferential position of the storage part body 11 can be determined so that the first air inlet opening 123 and the first air outlet opening 124 of the atomizing channel communicate with the air inlet opening and the air outlet opening of the atomizing device, respectively, when the atomizing substrate storage part 10 is mounted in the atomizing device.
The positioning structure includes, for example, a boss 116 extending along the longitudinal direction of the storage member body 11 as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The provision of the boss 116 helps to locate the circumferential position of the storage member body 11 in the case of mounting the atomized substrate storage member 10 in an atomizer device. The number of the protruding portions 116 is not limited. For example, a number of symmetrically arranged protrusions 116 may be provided with respect to the geometrical central axis of the storage part body 11. As shown in fig. 2, one boss 116 is provided at each of both ends of the diameter of the storage part body 11. It is understood that the positioning structure may include a recess or other shaped structure extending along the longitudinal direction of the storage component body 11 that is capable of determining the circumferential position of the storage component body 11.
Fig. 4 illustrates a perspective view of an atomized substrate storage member according to further embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the storage part body 11 has a hollow prismatic structure, and the storage chamber 115 is formed in the hollow portion inside thereof. The hollow prismatic structured storage component body is simple to manufacture, contributing to cost reduction. Furthermore, for hollow prism structures of different length-width dimensions, there is no need to provide the positioning structure described above with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
In some embodiments, a heating element 125 is disposed in the nebulization channel 122. In other embodiments, the heating element 125 is disposed within a sidewall of the liquid guide element body 121 opposite the nebulization channel 122, and the size of the heating element 125 is adapted to the size of the nebulization channel 122 such that the heating element 125 is fully embedded within the sidewall of the liquid guide element body 121, e.g., such that a surface of the heating element 125 facing the nebulization channel 122 is flush with an inner surface of the sidewall of the liquid guide element body 121.
It is to be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the type of heating element 125. For example, the heating element 125 may be in the form of a threaded transverse heat generating core, or the heating element 125 may be a mesh-like heating wire embedded in the side wall of the liquid guiding element body 121.
The matching of the dimensions of the heating element 125 to the size of the nebulization channel and thus the complete embedding within the sidewall of the body 121 of the liquid guide element helps the heating element 125 to closely conform to the channel inner wall of the nebulization channel, further improving the heat transfer efficiency between the heating element 125 and the liquid guide element 12, and also enabling a more concentrated and rapid transfer of heat to the nebulized substrate of the reservoir 115. Due to the reasonable arrangement of the heating elements 125, thermal energy losses are reduced, thereby significantly improving overall heating and atomization efficiency.
In addition, the heating element 125 is disposed within the nebulization channel 122, avoiding direct effects of the external environment on the heating element 125, such as possible damage to the element due to moisture, dust, etc. This design may extend the life of the heating element 125, reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacement, thereby improving the overall reliability of the device.
In some embodiments, the aerosol matrix storage member 10 further comprises a first cap 13, the first cap 13 being adapted to enclose the storage member body 11, a seal 14 being provided between the first cap 13 and the sidewall 111.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first cover 13 may be provided with a mounting portion accommodating the seal 14. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the mounting portion may be adapted to the shape of the seal 14 to facilitate mounting.
In some embodiments, the storage component body 11 and the liquid guiding element 12 are manufactured in one piece, for example by sintering. The integrally formed storage member body 11 and liquid guiding element 12 not only simplify the manufacturing process and improve the production efficiency, but also contribute to the overall structural strength and stability of the atomized matrix storage member 10.
The first cover 13, the side walls 111, the sealing member 14 disposed between the side walls 111 of the cover 13, and the liquid guiding element 12 integrally formed with the storage part body 11 to manufacture or seal the liquid guiding element placed in the storage chamber 115 form an effective sealing structure. This design prevents leakage of the nebulized medium (e.g. liquid or paste) during storage and use, in particular if the device is subject to shaking or tilting. The presence of the seal 14 greatly reduces the risk of leakage, thereby improving the safety and user experience of the device.
In some embodiments, the aerosol matrix storage component further comprises an electrical connection 15, the electrical connection 15 being disposed on the bottom wall 112, the electrical connection 15 being for electrically connecting the heating element 125 to a control circuit board.
In some examples, for example as shown in fig. 1, the electrical connection 15 includes a first electrode 151 and a second electrode 152 and the first electrode 151 and the second electrode 152 are electrically connected to pins of the heating element 125.
In some embodiments, the electrical connection 15 is at least partially exposed from a side of the bottom wall 112 facing away from the storage cavity 115 for abutting electrical conduction.
