Working principle:
The medicine storage tank is preloaded with the required medicines. When the medicament needs to be added, the PLC control system starts the medicament delivery motor according to the signal indication of the liquid level meter, drives the screw rod to rotate, and sends the medicament from the medicament storage tank to the stirring box through the medicament delivery pipe. The second electronic valve of the inlet pipe is opened and water is introduced into the stirring tank. The stirring motor is started to drive the stirring paddle to rotate, and the medicament and the water are fully mixed to form the liquid medicine. When the liquid medicine in the stirring tank reaches a preset liquid level, the electric contact type liquid level meter sends a signal to the PLC control cabinet. The PLC control cabinet controls the first electronic valve to be opened, the metering pump is started, and the liquid medicine is pumped into the water treatment tank from the stirring tank.
The concentration sensor in the water treatment tank monitors the concentration of the liquid medicine in real time. If the concentration is lower than the set value, the PLC control cabinet controls the metering pump to increase the liquid medicine conveying amount, and if the concentration is higher than the set value, the liquid medicine conveying amount is reduced so as to maintain the liquid medicine concentration within an ideal range. The whole process is monitored and controlled by the PLC control cabinet through the touch screen. The user can set up parameters such as liquid medicine concentration, liquid level through the touch screen, and PLC switch board is according to the operating condition of settlement parameter automatic adjustment agitator motor, medicine feed motor, measuring pump etc. ensures the automation and the accurate control of water treatment process.
The temperature sensor at the side of the stirring box monitors the temperature of the liquid medicine, and ensures that the liquid medicine is mixed at a proper temperature. The first pressure sensor monitors the internal pressure of the stirring tank and prevents pressure abnormality.
The medicine liquid is filtered by a filter to remove possible impurities, so that the quality of the medicine liquid is ensured. The metering pump accurately controls the conveying quantity of the liquid medicine according to the feedback of the concentration sensor. The second pressure sensor monitors the pressure in the liquid medicine conveying process, and the pressure difference between the two pressure sensors can be used for judging the blocking condition of the filter. The flowmeter measures the flow of the liquid medicine and ensures the stable conveying of the liquid medicine. The electronic overflow valve adjusts the flow of the liquid medicine according to the requirement, and the redundant liquid medicine flows back to the stirring tank to realize closed-loop control. The third electronic valve at the lower part of the stirring tank is used for controlling the drain pipe and is used for periodically discharging sediment or cleaning in the stirring tank. The overflow pipe at the upper part of the stirring tank is communicated with the sewage discharge pipe, so that the liquid level of the stirring tank is prevented from being too high. The top is optional to be equipped with the flame arrester, prevents outside fire source and gets into, improves the security. The flushing system regularly cleans the inside of the stirring box through a fourth electronic valve, a pressurizing pump and a water gun, and keeps the equipment clean. The multiple medicine storage tanks are respectively filled with PAC, PAM and other different medicines, and the PLC control cabinet is used for conveying the medicines into the stirring box by adjusting respective screw medicine conveying devices, so that the accurate proportioning and mixing of the multiple medicines are realized.
