A carriage layout structure for guaranteeing a vehicle comprises a hollow carriage main body and is characterized in that the interior of the carriage main body is divided into a driving area, a tactical area and a guaranteeing area from front to back, overhead storage objects and bottom storage objects which are distributed at intervals along the vertical direction are arranged in the guaranteeing area, tactical platforms are arranged in the tactical area and have the freedom degree of horizontal movement in the carriage main body, openings are formed in the side face and the tail of the carriage main body, protection components are arranged on the inner sides of the tactical area and the guaranteeing area, and the positions of the protection components correspond to the openings.
