Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un procedimiento de fabricación de chapas de acero destinadas a obtener piezas con una muy alta resistencia mecánica previo endurecimiento bajo prensa. Se sabe que el endurecimiento por temple bajo prensa (también llamado “press hardening”) consiste en calentar flancos de acero a una temperatura suficiente para obtener una transformación austenítica, luego embutir en caliente los flacos manteniéndolos en el seno del utillaje de la prensa con el fin de obtener micro estructuras de temple.
