Abstract
La presente invención se refiere de manera general a receptores de unión a antígeno capaces de unión específica a dominios Fc mutados con unión a receptor Fc reducida y células T que expresan dichos receptores de unión a antígeno. Más exactamente, la presente invención se refiere a células T, transfectadas/transducidas con un receptor de unión a antígeno que resulta atraído por la unión/interacción específica con el dominio Fc mutado de anticuerpos terapéuticos. Además, la invención se refiere a un kit que comprende las células T de la invención y/o moléculas de ácidos nucleicos, vectores que expresan receptores de unión a antígeno de la presente invención y uno o más anticuerpos con diana tumoral que comprenden un dominio Fc mutado. La invención proporciona además la producción y utilización de células T en un método para el tratamiento de enfermedades particulares junto con anticuerpos específicos tumorales, así como composiciones/medicamentos farmacéuticos que comprenden células T y/o anticuerpos terapéuticos, en los que las células T deben administrarse en combinación con uno o más anticuerpos con diana tumoral terapéuticos que comprenden un dominio Fc mutado con unión reducida a receptores Fc.The present disclosure generally relates to antigen binding receptors capable of specific binding to mutated Fc domains with reduced Fc receptor binding and T cells expressing these antigen binding receptors.
