Abstract

En su gran cantidad de formas de realizacion, la presente invencion proporciona determinados compuestos de amino triazolo quinazolina 9-sustituidos de la Formula estructural (I): (I), y sales de aquellos farmaceuticamente aceptables, en donde el anillo A, R1 y R2 son como se definen en la presente, composiciones farmaceuticas que comprenden uno o mas de estos compuestos (solos o en combinacion con uno o mas agentes terapeuticamente activos diferentes), y metodos para su preparacion y uso, solos o en combinacion con otros agentes terapeuticos, como antagonistas de receptores A2a y/o A2b, y en el tratamiento de diversas enfermedades, afecciones o trastornos que estan mediadas, al menos en parte, por el receptor de adenosina A2a y/o el receptor de adenosina A2b. <img alt="Drawing" src="http://aplpatentes:48080/IpasWeb/ImageRender/ImageRender.do?imageNbr=1" style="width: 257px; height: 257px;" />
