Abstract
Un dispositivo de valvula para conectar un recipiente lleno con un material fluido a un dispositivo aplicador para distribuir dicho material fluido, que comprende un alojamiento unitario en forma esencial de copia, que tiene un pasaje para el flujo extendido axialmente en su base. Hay un asiento de valvula formado en torno al extremo interior del pasaje del flujo, radialmente por dentro de la pared extendida axialmente del alojamiento. Un miembro de valvula unitario, esencialmente cilindrico, es recibido en el extremo abierto del alojamiento en forma de copa. Dicho miembro de valvula tiene un pasaje de flujo en el en alineacion axial con el pasaje de flujo del alojamiento en forma de copa. Hay un disco de valvula situado sobre el extremo interior del pasaje de flu jo, pero separado del mismo. El miembro de valvula es desplazable axialmente con relacion al alojamiento al producirse el movimiento giratorio del alojamiento, de modo que se efectua el acoplamiento entre el disco de valvula y el asiento de valvula, para cerrar el pasaje del flujo en el alojamien to, y el desacoplamiento para abrir dicho pasaje del flujo en el citado alojamiento. Durante el uso el alojamiento esta conectado al orificio de descarga del recipiente y el miembro de valvula esta conectado al orificio de recepcion del aplicador.A valve device for connecting a container filled with a fluid material to an applicator device for dispensing said fluid material, which comprises a unit housing in essential copy form, having an axially extended flow passage at its base. There is a valve seat formed around the inner end of the flow passage, radially inside the axially extended wall of the housing. An essentially cylindrical unitary valve member is received at the open end of the cup-shaped housing. Said valve member has a flow passage therein in axial alignment with the flow passage of the cup-shaped housing. There is a valve disc located on the inner end of the flow passage, but separated from it. The valve member is axially movable relative to the housing upon rotational movement of the housing, so that coupling between the valve disc and the valve seat is effected to shut off the flow passage in the housing, and the decoupling to open said flow passage in said housing. During use the housing is connected to the discharge port of the container and the valve member is connected to the receiving port of the applicator.
