Abstract

Un metodo para la obtencion de hemolinfa de insectos, el cual consiste en las etapas de congelacion de insectos anestesiados, haciendo agujeros en el epidermis de los cuerpos congelados de los insectos, sin danar los tubos digestivos de los mismos, y luego descongelarlos (los cuerpos de los insectos congelados), para entonces recolectar la hemolinfa de los insectos a traves de los agujeros, aprovechando el fenomeno de su propia contraccion provocada durante el proceso de descongelacion.
