Abstract

Se intenta divulgar la composicion de la preparacion que permita la produccion conveniente de composicion de preparacion de liberacion sostenida que contenga un compuesto fisiologicamente activo inestable en acido y que tenga las propiedades deseadas de liberacion sostenida. A saber, la composicion de la preparacion que comprende una masa central que contiene un compuesto fisiologicamente activo inestable en acido y una capa con la que la masa central esta cubierta y que contiene una mezcla de un polimero insoluble en agua y un polimero enterico. La composicion de la preparacion de acuerdo a la presente invencion hace posible mantener una concentracion efectiva de sangre del compuesto fisiologicamente activo durante largo tiempo, mejorando asi su efecto terapeutico. Ademas, la composicion de acuerdo a la presente invencion permanece estable durante el almacenamiento prolongado.
