Abstract

El uso de acido R(+)-2-amino-3-hidroxipropanoico derivado, nitrogeno sustituido por un (C1-C6)alquil, (C3-C6)alcanoil, 3-oxo(C5-C6)alquil, 3-oxo (C4-C6)alquen-2-il, fenil(C1-C6)alquil, fenil(C2-C6)alquenil, gem-difenil(C1-C6)alquil, gem-difenil(C2-C6)alquenil, (C1-C6)alcanoil, optinalmente N-substituido alanil, optionalmente N, N1-destituido lisinoil, fenil(C1-C6)alquilideno o grupo gem-difenil(C1-C6)alquilideno, y de otras sales farmaceuticamente aceptables, para preparacion de medicamentos previsto para el tratamiento enfermedades de CNS debido a la reduccion de transmision glicergica, particularmente para el tratamiento de autismo, esquizofrenia, y enfermedad de Alzheimer, es descrito.
