Autor vynálezu GARBIERIK. VÁCLAV, NOVÁ DUBNICA (54) Regulátor príetoku paliva spafovacích motorovAuthor of the invention GARBIERIK. VÁCLAV, NOVÁ DUBNICA (54) Fuel flow regulator for combustion engines
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to carburetor burners which control the amount of fuel passed through the main nozzle by means of a fuel flow regulator which is housed in a carburetor float chamber. In the previously known carburettors, in partial retraction in urban transport, the nozzle openings pass through the fuel in an unintentional amount. Therefore, in these carburetors, it is not possible to achieve a suitable composition of the fuel mixture during partial retraction, resulting in a large consumable, more expensive. the amount of unburned mixture and the formation of harmful exhausts in the exhaust.
Tieto nedostatky terajších karburátorov od-straňuje regulátor prietoku paliva podlá vynálezu, vložený pevne na dno plavákovej komory pod «plavák. , . " t Vložením regulátora prietoku paliva do plaváko-'vej koipory sa pri čiastočnom zatažení motor a,, hjavne v mestskej dopravě docieli primeraný prie-vtok paliva a správné zloženie palivovej zmesi. Tým«sa dosiahaie menšia spotřeba paliva, menší obsah^škodlivých látok vo výfukových plynoch, pričomnie je obmedzený výkon motora. ( Na pripojenom výkrese, na obr. 1 a 2 jeI schematicky znázorněný nárys s čiastočným rezomregulátora prietoku paliva v plavákovej komoře karburátora, v dvoch polohách plaváka.These drawbacks of the present carburetors are eliminated by the fuel flow regulator of the present invention, inserted firmly on the bottom of the float chamber below the float. ,. By inserting a fuel flow regulator into the float coil, the engine and, apparently in urban transport, an adequate fuel passage and the correct composition of the fuel mixture are achieved at partial retraction, thereby reducing fuel consumption and harmful substances. (In the attached drawing, FIGS. 1 and 2 schematically show a partial sectional view of the fuel flow regulator in the carburetor float chamber, at two positions of the float.
Na obr. 1 je znázorněná situácia regulátora pri čiastočnom zatažení motora, v hornej poloheplaváka, keď množstvo paliva prechádzajúce hlav-nou tryskou je obmedzené tryskou regulátoras menším otvorom.FIG. 1 illustrates the situation of the regulator in partial retraction of the engine, in the upper position, when the amount of fuel passing through the main nozzle is limited by the regulator nozzle and the smaller orifice.
Na obr. 2 je situácia pri úplnom zatažení motoraa v dolnej polohe plaváka, tryska regulátora jemimo funkciu a palivo prechádza normálně hlav-nou tryskou.Fig. 2 shows the situation when the engine is fully retracted and in the lower position of the float, the regulator nozzle is inoperative and the fuel passes normally through the main nozzle.
č. 1 jeplavák 2 v hornej polohe, tryska 6 regulátorazakrýva hlavnú trysku 7 a tým zmenšuje pribtokpaliva v hlavnej tryske 7. Pri přechode do plnéhozaťaženia motora, obr. č. 2 plavák 2 klesá, narážana vahadlo 5 regulátora, tým tryska 6 regulátorapostupné odkrývá hlavnú trysku 7 až do jeho úplného otvorenia, pri plnom zatažení motora. The fuel flow regulator of the internal combustion engine according to the invention, FIGS. 1 and 2, is fixedly mounted on the carburetor bottom chamber 1 under the float. The fuel flow regulator itself consists of a drill 3, a bearing 4, a rocker 5 and a regulator nozzle 6. at least one conical nozzle 6 having a smaller opening is formed, mainly the nozzles 7 in the float chamber 1. The function of the regulator nozzle 6 is controlled by the float 2. When the engine is partially retracted, Fig. 1 is the float 2 in the upper position, the nozzle 6 regulates and covers the main nozzle 7 and thereby decreases the flow of fuel in the main nozzle 7. When the engine is fully loaded, Fig. 2 float 2 decreases, rocker 5 hits the regulator thereby, the regulator nozzle 6 exposes the main nozzle 7 until it is fully opened, when the engine is fully retracted.
Vynález je možno po príslušnej rozmerovejúpravě využit’ u všetkých druhov tuzemských i za-hraničných karburátorov. 206280The invention can be applied to all kinds of domestic and foreign carburetors after appropriate dimensional treatment. 206280
