Description

The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a phosphatide preparation having a dietary and potentiating effect based on soy lecithin, which is prepared on a carrier.

The preparation of carrier-prepared soybean natural soya lecithin is essential for the production of dietetic and toning products that monitor the use of phosphatides to regenerate the body and regulate metabolism. Achieving a suitable carrier preparation of natural soybean lecithin is a prerequisite for oral administration of the phosphatide complex, which in the natural state is very difficult due to its physical and organoleptic properties.

For example, the prior art processes use a concentrated solution of sugars to prepare soy lecithin in a paste-like form, which removes soy lecithin stickiness, but the resulting mass is gummy, gradually departs oil on the surface and is organoleptically unsatisfactory due to the oily character of taste. aversion. Another method that allows the use of soybean lecithin for a given purpose in an organoleptically fully satisfactory form is to prepare an emulsion in a water-sugar solution in the presence of alcohol. The disadvantage is the limited range of uses with regard to the presence of alcohol. It is further known to prepare a soluble form of soybean lecithin phosphatides in vegetable oils in the presence of suitable emulsifiers. The disadvantage of this procedure is low concentration of soy lecithin in oil, max.

%, což je spojeno s nutností příjmu vysokých denních dávek vyvolávající opět chutovou averzi.%, which is associated with the necessity of intake of high daily doses causing again taste aversion.

It has now been found that a carrier-prepared soybean lecithin-based dietary and booster formulation can be prepared by the process of the invention comprising hydrating and homogenizing 30-60% by weight at 50-90 ° C. parts of molten soya lecithin with a content of 60 to 70 wt. plant phosphatides 10 to 31 wt. parts by weight of an aqueous solution of sugars containing 60 to 80 wt. sugars selected from the group consisting of sorbitol, glucose, sucrose, fructose, lactose, maltose, polysaccharides and mixtures thereof, followed by 15 to 45 wt. parts of the carrier selected from the group consisting of treated cereals, preferably oatmeal, soy protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, milk powder and mixtures thereof are subjected to homogenization. A phosphatide preparation with dietetic and enhancing effects can also be prepared according to the invention by a method which comprises homogenizing the mixture before adding the carrier and adding 0.1 to 0.15% by weight of fortifying agents. % of calcium pantothenate and / or 0.06 to 0.15 wt. % of alpha-tocopherol and / or 0.03 to 0.06 wt. parts of vitamins selected from the group consisting of vitamins B 1, B 2, B 3, B 2 and mixtures thereof.

The composition can further be produced by the process of the invention, which comprises homogenizing the mixture with an addition of 0.3 to 3 wt. parts of food flavorings and / or flavors of natural or synthetic origin, whether or not with or without the addition of flavoring agents. The process according to the invention can also be carried out by adding part of the sugars to the mixture in solid free-flowing form by homogenization with a carrier.

The preparation is converted to the final form after perfect homogenization. It is cooled to 20 ° C, crushed and made into granules, tablets, dragees and the like.

An advantage of the process according to the invention is the preparation of high concentration natural soybean lecithin on a carrier from the group of treated cereals, preferably oatmeal, treated leguminous, soy protein concentrate and isolate, milk powder and mixtures thereof, which exhibit high absorbency to soy lecithin. The method according to the invention eliminates the unsuitable physical and organoleptic properties of natural soya lecithin and at the same time increases the nutritional and biological activity of the preparation. Another advantage is the high concentration of soy lecithin in the product, which allows a reduced dosage compared to emulsion types to 2 to 4 times less and oil types to 10 to 20 times less for daily use. The soybean lecithin prepared in high concentration on a carrier according to the invention has excellent organoleptic properties, high shelf life and a suitable consumption form.
