Description

Vynález se týká protivýbuchové uzávěry pro hlubinné doly s nebezpečím výbuchu plynů a uhelného prachu, zejména vhodné k zamezení přenosu výbuchu důlními díly.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to explosion-proof closures for underground mines with a risk of explosion of gases and coal dust, particularly suitable for preventing the transmission of explosions by mining parts.

To date, explosion-proof dust seals are known in which the extinguishing medium is inert dust, or water-explosion proof seals in which the extinguishing medium is water. A disadvantage of these explosion-proof caps is that their effect is not reliable, especially in mine explosions with extremely low or high pressure values, at the head of the explosion wave. They cannot be placed in a short mine and there are problems with their location d, on the profile of the mine. The maintenance of known explosion closures is complicated because dust explosion closures become wet with dust explosion closures, which must be changed frequently, and with water explosion closures, the water fill evaporates, which must be replenished regularly. Both types of closures are also very often mechanically damaged during material transport.

These disadvantages are minimized by the explosion-proof closure according to the invention, which consists of an anti-breathing filler consisting of tubes of flame-retardant and antistatic material, located parallel to the mine axis, filling its profile except for the passage of the lockable explosion-proof door. the pipes are at least thirty times larger than their inner diameter and all r-pipes are anchored to each other in the mine profile and secured against their movement.

The higher technical effect of the explosion-proof closure according to the invention is that the explosion flame is cooled by passing through pipes of non-combustible and antistatic material so that it is not able to initiate the explosive environment on the other side of the explosion-proof closure. It reliably prevents flame transfer from both sides of the anti-explosion cap even in the case of a repeated explosion or an explosion with a low velocity of an explosive wave. The explosion-proof cap according to the invention permits a pressure wave, but partially attenuates it. It is also advantageous that it is stable, does not need to be replaced or refilled after an explosion, does not cause increased dustiness, is minimally maintenance-intensive, because of its simple construction and high safety effect it is economically advantageous.

The accompanying drawing shows schematically an exemplary embodiment of an explosion-proof closure according to the invention, in which Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a mine workpiece with an explosion-proof closure and FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof.

The flameproof enclosure 5 is formed by a flame-proof filler 2 consisting of pipes 23, for example steel with flanges. The pipes 23 are positioned parallel to the axis of the mine 1, mutually fastened by bolts 3 against displacement and anchored in the auxiliary structure 4 recessed into the sides and the legs of the mine 1 so as to fill its entire profile except the passage 24 which is at both ends provided with a steel explosion resistant door 25; 28 anchored in the substructure 4.

The explosion flame is cooled by penetrating the tubes 23 and their gaps 21 so that it is not capable of initiating an explosive atmosphere on the other side of the explosion-proof shutter 5, thereby reliably preventing flame transfer from both sides of the explosion-proof shutter 5. it transmits a pressure wave, but partially weakens it.
