Description

Vynález se týká protivýbuchové uzávěry pro hlubinné doly.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to explosion-proof closures for underground mines.

Improvements in mining technology have unprecedentedly increased the degree of mechanization in the mining industry, particularly in the field of coal disconnection and transport. The equipment of facade walls with mechanized complexes and access works by means of transport facilities is accompanied by an increase in dustiness in the mine air. Adding to this the effort to increase the volumetric flow rates of winds both for dilution of pollutants and for improving microclimatic conditions, this can increase the amount of airborne coal dust in the air and increase the potential danger posed by coal dust, especially in the presence of methane . The protection against this danger lies primarily in the continuous disposal of coal dust at the point of origin, but at the same time in the creation of protection against explosions and their transfer. Anti-explosion closures are one of the main means of combating the transmission of coal dust explosion and extinguishing the explosion flame.

Explosion-proof closures in underground mines are mainly water and dust. The water closures use a water trough of brittle plastic material, e.g., see German Patent Nos. 2,554,242, 1,173,420, 1,275,019, French Patent No. 1,525,980, or a trough and bag of translucent NSR pat. No. 1,235,243 or the container walls are prestressed in German Pat. No. 2,019,654. Also known are water closures in which the tank is shattered by an explosive NSR pat. No. 2,152,217, 2,154,779. Protective caps of conventional construction consist of a platform on which stone dust is poured. Closures with extinguishing agent in a container are also known which are shattered by the explosion of an inserted explosive, e.g. No. 2,347,870, 2,534,636, etc. However, for their operation, they use an electrical initiator device which must be duplicated for failure. There is a further danger for the crew located near these facilities at the time of operation. Explosion-proof seals of water or dust act only by their cooling effect and the extinguishing effect of water and stone inert dust is minimal. The fragmentation of troughs is limited at low dynamic pressures. The large number of troughs and the large amount of inert stone dust in one explosion-proof enclosure reduce the space for technological equipment and handling. Maintenance and inspection is costly. The stone inert pirach is not hydrophobic; if it is dry, it is carried by mining winds.

The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the explosion-proof cap in the underground mines according to the invention, which consists of shattering containers with a lid, filled up to a maximum of 75% by volume of has active extinguishing powder, placed on structures easily spread by shockwaves.

The advantage of the solution according to the invention is that the explosion-proof closures will be uniform, the fragmentation of the containers will be increased by filling with active extinguishing powder up to a maximum of 75 why. The volume, extinguishing and inerting capacity of the active extinguishing powders is very high, and thus less containers and powder can be used. The powders are perfect and very easy to stir, they are hydrophobic. When using the hatches, the extinguishing powder will not be stirred up by mine winds. The structures on which the containers will be placed can be light and thus easily spread by the shock wave of the explosion. Likewise, in the case of accidents where several successive explosions occur, the active inert extinguishing powder will be permanently inertized. Only two troughs can be placed in a single dam, thus increasing the possibility of shattering and at the same time increasing the space for handling and technological equipment.

An example of a possible embodiment of an explosion cap according to the invention is shown in the drawings, wherein Fig. 1 shows a front view of the explosion cap, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the explosion cap, Fig. 3 shows the location of the explosion cap in a particular cross-section. 4 shows a front view and FIG. 5 shows a side view of explosion-proof valves with the possibility of installing mining equipment.

Množství aktivního hasicího prášku pro inertizaci tohoto prostoru při pětinásobném koeficientu bezpečnosti bude asi 240 kg.The profile shown in FIG. is most common in mines, so all examples are based on the dimensions of this profile. The clear cross-section is 9.1 m 2 , the closure area of 25 m has a volume of approximately 225 m 3 . The amount of active extinguishing powder to inertize this space at a five-fold safety factor will be about 240 kg.

Základní sestava je znázorněna na obr. 1 a na obr. 2. The basic assembly is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. For the construction of the explosion-proof shutter, shattering containers 2 are used, for example shattering water troughs provided with a hatch 4. The containers 2 are supported on a structure 3, eg a timber beam, longitudinal axis 1 of the mining corridor. On one dam 6 there are two containers 2, with their larger area opposite to the direction of the expected explosion 5. For example, 10 kg of active extinguishing powder is stored in the container 2, ie 20 kg on one dam 6, which allows very simple, light and less firm construction 3 than hitherto. The individual dams 6 are separated from each other by about 2 m, so these dams 6 will be 12 pieces in the entire explosion cap.

Na obr. 3 je znázorněno umístění protivýbuchové uzávěry v uvedeném konkrétním profilu.Fig. 3 shows the location of the explosion-proof cap in said particular profile.

Sestava podle olbr. 4 a obr. Nádoby 2 s poklopem 4 jsouAssembly according to olbr. 4 and 5 solves the spatial arrangement in such a way that sufficient space for the technological equipment of the mine work and sufficient handling space therein is maintained. Containers 2 with cover 4 are

I při tomto uspořádání je možno nádoby 2 pokládat šachovitě, aby rozložení hasební látky krylo předepsaným způsobem průřez důlního díla.S are mounted on the structure 3, placed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 1 of the corridor. On the sides of the corridor, the structure 3 is supported on the reinforcement 11. On one dam 0, two vessels 2 are laid laterally, ie with their larger area opposite the direction of the expected explosion 5. Two vessels 2 can be placed in the corridor area. , a pipe 9 and a groove 10 for conveying material. Even in this arrangement, the containers 2 can be laid in a chess-like manner so that the distribution of the extinguishing agent covers the cross section of the mine in the prescribed manner.

As an example of a possible embodiment of an explosion-proof cap, active extinguishing powders based on sodium hexafluoroaluminate or on the basis of ammonium phosphate with various additives, including hydrophobic additives, were considered.

The explosion-proof closure according to the invention acts in such a way that the pressure at the head of the shock wave of the explosion shatters the containers 2 and activates an extinguishing powder which, by its inerting, phlegmatizing and inhibiting effects, protects other spaces against explosions and their transmission.

The explosion-proof closure according to the invention can be used wherever protection against explosion of explosive dusts and their transmission is concerned.
