Abstract
Sposob výroby vodiacich súčiastok vlákien jo určený pro textilně stroje. Podstata sposobu spočívá v to·, že sa vodiace súčiastky vlákien izostatický vylisované zo zaeai do 95 dielov oxidu titaničitého a 5 dielov oxidu hlinitého, křemičitého a zinočnatého vysušia pri teplote do 1270 K, trieskovo opracujů a toleranciou na objemové změny, vyžlhajú 1 hodinu vo vodlkovej atmosféro pri teploto 1320 až 1520 K a ioh povrch sa vybrúsi a vylešti. Sposob výroby vodiacieh súčiastok vlákien možno využit v textilnom strojárstvo.The method of production of fiber guiding parts is intended for textile machines. The essence of the method consists in the fact that the guiding parts of the fibers, isostatically pressed from a mixture of up to 95 parts of titanium dioxide and 5 parts of aluminum, silicon and zinc oxide, are dried at a temperature of up to 1270 K, chipped and with tolerance to volume changes, annealed for 1 hour in a water atmosphere at a temperature of 1320 to 1520 K and ioh the surface is ground and polished. The method of production of fiber guiding parts can be used in textile engineering.

Vynález sa týká sposobu výroby vodiacich síčiastok vlá-kien. Vodiace síčiastky vlákien sí časti textilných strojova zariadení cez ktoré sa vedu vlákna pri ich hromadnej výrobě·Přitom jednotlivé druhy vlákien vyžadují, aby raali ich vodia-ce sučiastky velku tvrdost’ a s tým spojenu oteruvzdornosť, rai-nimáínu pórovitosť a povrchoví drsnost’, ako aj tepelní a elek-tričku vodivost’, chemičku odolnost’ a možnost’ výroby vo vyžado- vanou tvare.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for producing fiber guide guides. Fiber guide parts of textile machine equipment through which filaments are fed during their mass production · In doing so, individual types of fibers require that their guide parts have a high hardness and, consequently, abrasion resistance, raiimine porosity and surface roughness as well as heat and elec- tricity conductivity, chemical resistance and the ability to produce in the required shape.
Nevýhodou týchto spósobov výroby vodiacich síčiastokvlákien je, že sučiastky máju poměrně krátku životnost’, najmav dosledku značnej pórovitosti,-malej povrchovej tvrdosti a s týmspojenej malej oteruvzdornosti pri minimálněj povrchovej drsnostiUp to now, fiber guide parts are made of different metallic or ceramic materials, e.g. titanium dioxide, eventually other oxides · Normally, pressurize and anneal at high temperatures with Air access. For example, there is a known method of producing fiber guide elements of pure oxidutite-based ceramic material with a hardness of 10000 HVm, a specific gravity of 3.87 g / cm, a porosity of 6 to 8%, and a surface roughness of Ra = 1.85 µm aR. Um. The disadvantage of these methods of manufacturing mesh guides is that the components have a relatively short lifetime, the dark result of considerable porosity, the low surface hardness and the associated low abrasion resistance at minimal surface roughness
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje spósob výroby vodiacich sí-čiastok vlákien, vyhotovených na báze oxidu titaničitého, hlini-tého, křemičitého a zinočnatého izostatickýra lisováním podl’a vy-nálezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že sa vodiace sučiastkyvlákien izostatický vylisované zo zmesi do 95 dielov oxidu tita-ničitého a 5 dielov oxidu hlinitého, křemičitého a zinočnatéhovysusia pri teplote do 1270 k, trieskovo opracují s toleranciouThe above-mentioned drawbacks are avoided by the method of producing filament guide webs made on the basis of titanium dioxide, aluminum, silicon and zinc isostatic by pressing according to the invention, wherein the conductive fiber isostatic is pressed from a mixture of up to 95 parts titanium dioxide and 5 parts alumina, silica and zinc sulfide at a temperature of up to 1270 k;
