Vynález sa týká spSsobu výroby a renovácie mlecích elementov naváraním. Výrobcovia ventilátorových mlynov používajá na mlecie elementy z mangánovej ocelev pBvodnom tvare a zloženie zliatiny dlhé roky. V dftsledku používania paliva, ktoré obsahujeSoraz viac abrazívnych Časti dochádza neustále k znižovaniu životnosti mlecích elementovna 50 až 60 % p6vodnej životnosti, podl’a druhu upravovaného uhlia. Takto opotřebované mlecieelementy sa nedajú renovovat a po opotřebení sa na coa 70 % leh pdvodnej hmotnosti likvldu-jú sa do Šrotu. Týmto sa zvyšuje pracnost pri opravách zariadení, rastů prevédzkové nákladypři vačšej spotrebe náhradných dielov a znižuje sa pohotový výkon elektrární.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a process for the production and renovation of grinding elements by welding. Fan mill manufacturers have been using for years to form manganese steel grinding elements. As a result of the use of fuel that contains more and more abrasive parts, the life of the grinding elements is constantly reduced by 50 to 60% of the original life, according to the type of coal being treated. The worn-out mildew can not be refurbished, and after being worn, 70% of the lightweight body weight is disposed of in the scrap. This increases the laboriousness of repairing equipment, increasing the consumption of spare parts, and decreasing the efficiency of power plants.
Uvedené nevýhody do znaCnej miery odstraňuje spĎsob podl’a vynálezu, ktorého podstataspoCíva v tom, že za základný materiál z mangánchrómovej ocele alebo z nízkouhlíkatejocele tvárnej alebo nízkouhlíkatej oceToliatiny sa najprv na nosná plochu mleciehoelementu elektrotroskovo navaří materiál odolný voči erózii o chemickom zložení: uhlík 1,6až 2 % hmot., mangán 0,6 až 0,8 % hmot., křemík maximálně 0,4 % hmot., chróm 12 až 15 % hmot^,molybdén 0,3 až 0,6 % hmot., vanád 0,1 až 0,3 % hmot., zvyšok železo a na režná hranumlecieho elementu sa elektrotroskove navaří materiál odolný v86i abrazii s rázmi o chemickomzložení: uhlík 2,8 až 3,1 % hmot., mangán 0,5 až 0,9 % hmot., křemík 2,6 až 2,8 % hmot.,chróm 12 až 15 % hmot., molybdén 1,1 až 1,4 % hmot., volfrám 3,8 až 4,5 % hmot., vanád 1až 1,2 % hmot., med 0,8 až 1,2% hmot., zvyšok železo. The aforementioned drawbacks are largely eliminated by the method according to the invention, in which the material consisting of an erosion resistant material of carbon composition is initially welded to the support surface of the electrolytic milling material from the manganese chromium steel base material or from the low carbon malleable or low carbon steel. 6 to 2 wt%, manganese 0.6 to 0.8 wt%, silicon maximum 0.4 wt%, chromium 12 to 15 wt%, molybdenum 0.3 to 0.6 wt%, vanadium 0, 1 to 0.3 wt.%, The remainder iron and the abrasion resistant material are welded to the electrochemical element with a chemical composition: carbon 2.8 to 3.1 wt.%, Manganese 0.5 to 0.9 wt.% , silicon 2.6 to 2.8 wt%, chromium 12 to 15 wt%, molybdenum 1.1 to 1.4 wt%, tungsten 3.8 to 4.5 wt%, vanadium 1 to 1, 2% by weight, honey 0.8 to 1.2% by weight, the rest iron.
The grinding elements produced or refurbished in this way, which are provided with welds of high wear resistance and yet relatively brittle, have the same operational reliability as a result of the welding of the very basic base material as a backing. Various chemical composition of the weld was used for the prevailing prevalence of the various wear mechanisms.
Spdsobom výroby a renovácie mlecích elementov naváraním podl’a vynálezu sa dvojnásobnézvýšila leh životnost a predl'žila sa doba na odstavenie mlýna a odstrénila sa pracná výměnadosiek.According to the invention, the production and renovation of the grinding elements according to the invention doubled the service life of the grinding elements and extended the time for the mill to be shut down and the heavy soaks were removed.
Na nosná plochu mlecieho elementu, ktorý pozostáva z nízkouhlíkatej ocele tvárnejalebo nízkouhlíkatej oceToliatiny, pSsobí v prevažnej miere erózia a z toho dflvodu sa tátoplocha opatřila elektrotroskovým návarom, priCom přídavný materiál mal následovné chemickézloženie: 1,8 % hmot. uhlíka, 0,5 % hmot. mamgánu, 0,4 % hmot. kremíka, 12 hmot. chrómu, 0,4 % hmot. molybdénu, 0,2 % hmot. vynádu, zvyšok železo. Na hranu mlecieho elementu, kde je prevažujáci vplyv abrazie a rázu sa použil přídavný materiál o chemickom zložení:uhlík 3 % hmot., mangán 0,5 %. hmot., křemík 2,1 % hmot., chróm 12 % hmot., volfrán 4,5 %hmot., molybdén 1,1 % hmot., vanád 1 % hmot., meá 0,7 % hmot., zvyšok železo. On the supporting surface of the grinding element, which consists of low carbon steel of a mild or low carbon steel, the erosion is predominantly provided and the electroplating weld is applied to the surface, whereby the additive material has the following chemical composition: 1.8% by weight. % carbon, 0.5 wt. % mgan, 0.4 wt. silicon, 12 wt. % chromium, 0.4 wt. % molybdenum, 0.2 wt. bring out the rest of the iron. On the edge of the grinding element, where the influence of abrasion and impact is predominant, the additive material of the chemical composition was used: carbon 3% by weight, manganese 0.5%. wt., silicon 2.1 wt%, chromium 12 wt%, tungsten 4.5 wt%, molybdenum 1.1 wt%, vanadium 1 wt%, 0.7 wt%, the rest iron.
Vyššie uvedeným spSsobom sa postupuje v propade ak sa mlecí element vyrába ako novýkus. V případe renovácie mlecieho elementa z mangánchromovej ocele sa postupuje tiež podTauvedeného postupu. The above process is followed by a drop if the grinding element is produced as a novel product. In the case of refurbishment of the manganese chromium steel grinding element, the above procedure is also followed.
Spfisobom podl’a vynálezu sa dosiahli na mlecích elementoch kompaktné návary beztrhlin a iných vád, pričom tvrdost návarového kovu na reznej hrané dosiahla 700 HV a nanosnej ploché 550 HV.According to the invention, compact cracks and other defects have been achieved on the grinding elements, whereby the hardness of the weld metal on the cutting edge has reached 700 HV and a flat surface 550 HV.
Pri spfisobe výroby alebo renovácie plochej časti nosnej plochy mlecieho elementuje výhodné z hTadiska produktivity práce vyhotovit návar pásovými elektrodami chemickéhozloženia zodpovedajáceho používaným přídavným materiálom. In the process of producing or refurbishing a flat part of the bearing surface of the grinding element, it is advantageous for the productivity of the work to produce a coring of the electrodes of the chemical composition corresponding to the additional material used.
Sp6sob renovácie alebo výroby mlecích elementov je vhodný použit, na zařiadeniach všetkýchelektrární, ktoré používajá uhlie s vyšším obsahom abrazívnych častíc, ako sá kamene, piesok a podobné. \A method of refurbishing or producing grinding elements is suitable for use in all power plant equipment that uses coal with a higher abrasive particle content than sand, sand and the like. \ T
