Vynález sa týká sposobu nanášania kvapa-lín na povrch častíc sypkého materiálu.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of applying a liquid to the surface of particles of bulk material.
Reagents, such as, for example, hydrolysing agents, need to be uniformly applied to the surface of the reactive particles, mainly from the bottom, to provide the desired reaction rate and low consumption of the reagent for this purpose. There are technological processes in which it is necessary to apply a small amount of reagent to the surface-solid particles, such as in the hydrolysis of wood and agricultural waste by small amounts of sulfuric acid described in AO ZSSR. 391 140, 259 904, in the manufacture of particle board without the addition of organic polishes described in U.S. Pat. AO (PV 8308-82), when wood chips were treated with sulfuric acid. For this purpose, the reagents are sprayed with nozzles, but the distribution of the reactant on the surface of the deer material is random and the sprayed liquid also adheres to the reactor walls. Another method of applying additives is not described.
The above drawbacks are avoided in the application of liquids to the surface of a particulate material according to the invention, the bulk of which is that the bulk material such as sawdust, fine pulp, dust, fibers, chips, choppers, granules and the like is electrically charged, for example in a corona discharge, in a strong electric field, in contact with a charged surface, in a fluidized bed, by an ionized gas, or by an electrically charged aerosol, by friction electrification, and mixed with an electrically opposite charged aero-salt of the liquid. For this purpose, the reagent is dispersed and simultaneously, or subsequently electrically charged, for example in a corona discharge, in electrostatic atomization, or by mixing with the ionized gas. An advantage of the method of the invention is that it provides a streamlined flow of the reagent in the form of an electrically charged aerosol at the opposite electrically charged particles of the de-integrated material by the action of the electric field forces. Thus, by using the same amount of reagent, a higher efficiency in the subsequent reaction is achieved, which makes it possible to reduce the consumption of reagents by the same or a higher end effect. Another advantage is that the method according to the invention can be used in wide applications where it is necessary to apply the liquid to the surface of the particles evenly.
Zhotovené došky vykazovali rovnaké, alebolepšie mechanické vlastnosti než došky, priktorých sa na 1 kg triesok použilo 75 ml 96percent hmot. kyseliny sírovej primiešanejtradičným spůsobom pomocou dýzy.Příklad 3The subject of the invention is demonstrated, for example, by the realization: Example 1 100 g of wood beech sawdust is mixed with an electrically charged sulfuric acid aerosol. 20 ml of 70 wt. sulfuric acid. The mixture is worked up at a temperature of 115 ° C. Likewise, the mixtures prepared by adding sulfuric acid to the same amount and concentration by the traditional nozzle spray process were treated. Hydro-lysis of sawdust to which acid addition was obtained yielded a yield of 35% of reducing agents, resulting in a yield of 47% of reducing substances in the hydrolysis of the composition prepared according to the invention. Example 2 1 kg of wood chips with a moisture content of 50% by weight in negative corona discharge, 50 ml of 96% by weight sulfuric acid were mixed in the form of a positive charged andososol obtained in an electrostatic sprayer with a rotating cap. Said sawdust was used to form wood-chip boards by pressing at a pressure of 1MPa, a temperature of 180 ° C and a pressing time of 4 min. The finished thatch showed the same, but better mechanical properties than that of 75 ml of 96percent masses per 1 kg of chips. . sulfuric acid mixed in a conventional manner by means of a nozzle
Příklad 4The butadiene-styrene rubber based grit obtained by disintegration of the used tires is electrically charged with the electrodes located at the high negative potential and is mixed with the electrically opposite charged styrene aerosol in a weight ratio of the order of 0.1 to 1%. By molding or processing in this way the prepared mixture on the extruder, bumpers, hoses and other rubber articles of suitable mechanical properties can be produced. Example 4
Ho-mogénne pokrytie povrchu granúl minerál-neho hnojivá parafínom zabezpečí ich poma-lé a rovnoměrné rozpúšťanie v půdě.The granulated mineral fertilizer is electrically charged on contact with the electrode on the high negative potential, and the opposite electrically charged paraffin aerosol is injected onto its surface. The homogeneous coverage of the surface of the mineral fertilizer granules with paraffin ensures their slow and even dissolution in the soil.
