Description

Vynález sa týká náplně rúrkového ocelového drňtu pře vytvářenie oteřuvzdorných' vrstiev navářením pri renovácii a výrobě funkčných plňch ocelových súčasti. The invention relates to a tubular steel wire fill for the formation of abrasion-resistant layers by welding during the renovation and production of functional fillings of steel components.

V súčasnosti používané rtirkové drňty obvykle obsahujú náplň vyrobenú z práškových zložiek ferolegúr, respektive kovov, připadne troskotvorných, plynotvorných a ionizačných zložiek. U rúrkového drňtu, používaného technológiou navárania pod tavivom, plynotvorné a troskotvorné zložky sú obvykle vynechané, keňže ich funkcie zabezpečuje tavivo.[0003] The currently used ripper grits usually contain a filler made of powdered components of ferro-steels, respectively metals, or wax-forming, gas-forming and ionizing components. In the case of tubular wire used by the submerged arc welding technology, the gas generating and wrecking components are usually omitted, since their function is provided by the flux.

Například v jednom případe náplň rúrkového ocelového drňtu obsahuje 5,5 až 7,5 % hmot. feromolybdénu, 1,2 až 2,5 % hmot. ferovanádu, 5,5 až 6,5 % hmot. ferochrómu, 1,5 až 1,7 % hmot. ferovolfrámu, 2,0 až 2,4 % hmot. ferotltanu, 0,4 až 0,6 % hmot. feromangénu, 3,0 ažFor example, in one case, the tubular steel wire fill contains 5.5 to 7.5 wt. % ferro molybdenum, 1.2 to 2.5 wt. % of ferrovanadium, 5.5 to 6.5 wt. % ferro-chromium, 1.5 to 1.7 wt. % ferro-tungsten, 2.0 to 2.4 wt. 0.4% to 0.6% wt. ferromangene, 3.0 to

4.5 % hmot. fluorokremičitanu Rodného, v inom případe 40 až 60 % hmot. ferovanádu, 20 až 40 % hmot. ferochrómu, 2 až 12 % hmot. volfrámového prášku, 2 až 8 % hmot. grafitu, až 16 % hmot. feromolybdénu, 1 až 4 % hmot. feřotitanu, 1 až 4 % hmot. fermangánu, až 6 % hmot. fluoridu sodného.4.5 wt. % of sodium fluorosilicate, in other cases 40 to 60 wt. % ferrovanadium, 20 to 40 wt. % ferrochromium, 2 to 12 wt. % tungsten powder, 2 to 8 wt. up to 16 wt. % ferromolybdenum, 1 to 4 wt. % of ferrotitanate, 1 to 4 wt. % of fermangan, up to 6 wt. sodium fluoride.

Takto získané návary majú odolnost proti abrázii i proti cyklickému tepelnému a dynamickému opotrebeniu doj-yyššícb teplňt. Such cartridges fill the trough of the steel tubing strip. The weight ratio of the fill in the tubular pulp to the weight of the tubular pulp depends on the chemical composition of the deposit. In practice, tubular steel wire with such fillings is used for refurbishment and production of functional fillings by welding. The welds thus obtained have resistance to abrasion as well as to cyclic thermal and dynamic wear at higher temperatures. The use of such fillers has the disadvantages that are manifested, in particular, by the inhomogeneity of the tubular wire filler after a long time of filling by means of foaming devices. This disadvantage is particularly evident when the cartridge contains hygroscopic components, as a result of which lumps are formed in the mixture of the cartridge which impair its flowability.

Dflsledkom uvedeného je potom zhoršenie zváračskotechnologických vlastností rúrkového drňtu v priebehu jeho použitia a taktiež nezabezpečenie vyhovujúcého rovnoměrného chemického zloženia navarenej vrstvy. As a consequence, the welding-technological properties of the tubular wire during the use thereof are deteriorated and also the satisfactory uniform chemical composition of the welded layer is not ensured.

Uvedené nevýhody sa vynálezom do značnej miery odstránia. Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že náplň rúrkového ocelového drňtu, určeného pre renováciu a výrobu funkčných plňch ocelových súčasti oteruvzdornými vrstvami pomocou navárania, obsahuje 2,24 ažThese disadvantages are largely eliminated by the invention. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] The filler of tubular steel wire intended for the refurbishment and production of functional fillings of steel components by abrasion-resistant layers comprises 2.24 to

5.6 % hmot. feromengánu alebo mangánu, 18,24 až 41,5 % hmot. ferochrómu alebo chrómu,5.6% % ferromengane or manganese, from 18.24 to 41.5 wt. ferrochromium or chromium,

1,2 až 4,15 % hmot. ferosilícia alebo silicia, 4,2 až 11,8 % hmot. ferovolfrámu alebo volfrámu, 4,02 až 13,8 % hmot. feromolybdénu alebo molybdénu, 25,0 až 60,1 % hmot. železného prášku.1.2 to 4.15 wt. % ferrosilicon or silica, 4.2 to 11.8 wt. % ferro-tungsten or tungsten, 4.02 to 13.8 wt. % ferro molybdenum or molybdenum, 25.0 to 60.1 wt. iron powder.

Náplň rúrkového ocelového drňtu podlá vynálezu vykazuje dobrú sypatelnosť a neobsahuje hygroskopické zložky, respektive zložky obsahujúce chemicky viazanú kryStalickú vodu. The tubular steel wire fill according to the invention shows good flowability and does not contain hygroscopic components or components containing chemically bonded crystalline water.

This also achieves an improved uniformity of filling of the tubular steel wire, an improvement in its welding and technological properties during the welding, thereby increasing the uniformity of the chemical composition of the welded layer. The filler according to the invention allows for an increased melting capacity of the tubular steel pulp containing iron powder. An important result of these improvements is an increased resistance to abrasive and cyclic dynamic and thermal stress due to the uniform chemical composition and structure of the weld layer, thereby increasing the service life of the welded surface of the steel component.
