Abstract

Vynález se týká válcování a tažení zejména mikrodrátu z různých kovů a slitin i málo tvárných. Cíl vynálezu je zvýěení jakosti mikrodrátu z málo tvárných materiálů vlivem změny nebo úplným odstraněním kroucení polotovaru v pracovní oblasti průvlaku. Existence vynálezu spočívá v tom, že polotovar se valí po oblouku kružnice, jejíž střed je umístěn v ose tažení, přičemž vstupní a výstupní kužel obou částí průvlaku jsou ve tvaru oblouku. Vynález,může být zaveden v radioelektrónickém, přístrojovém a elektrotechnickém průmyslu.The invention relates to rolling and drawing, in particular, microwire from various metals and alloys, including low-ductility ones. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of microwire from low-ductility materials by changing or completely eliminating the twisting of the blank in the working area of the die.
