Spósob odkladania volné kovaných výkovkov z konštrukčných a nástrojových ocelí z dokovacej teploty do pece před žíháním.Method of placing loose forged structural and tool steel forgings from the docking temperature into the furnace before annealing.

Vynález rieši znižovanie energetickej náročnosti pri odkládání výkovkov do pece před operáciou žíhania. The invention solves the reduction of energy consumption when placing the forgings in the furnace before the annealing operation.

The essence of the solution is that the forgings are deposited from the docking temperature into a furnace heated to a temperature of 250 to 450 ° C, when the austenite is completely converted in the bainitic region. After the subsequent annealing ppering, the resulting structure is formed of high-leakage bainite having an advantageous complex of mechanical properties for further processing of the forgings.

Vynález sa týká sposobu odkladania volné kovaných výkovkov z konštrukčných a nástrojových ocelí z dokovacej teploty do pece před žíháním.The invention relates to a method for depositing free forged structural and tool steel forgings from the docking temperature into an oven prior to annealing.

These are loose forged forgings of structural and tool steels, which due to the formation of cracks and flakes need to be put from the docking temperature into the furnace and controlled to the workshop temperature.

Until now, loose forged steel and forged steel forgings from the docking temperature have been placed in a furnace which has been heated to 650 degrees Celsius until full. Filling the furnace with forgings and equilibrating the batch temperature was followed by cooling and holding at a temperature of 250 to 450 degrees Celsius to rapidly and completely complete the austenite conversion. This is followed by the actual annealing mode. After recrystallization and isothermal disintegration, the structure of the material formed during depositing of forgings is the starting point for the annealing regime and determines its efficiency and quality. It has an effect on the annealing processes and on the final mechanical properties for further processing of the forged forgings, i. j. obrobiteínosf, hardness, flake formation and the like. In the present process, the initial annealing structure is heterogeneous, consisting largely of lamellar pearlite formed at isothermal holding at a storage temperature of 650 ° C and a small amount of bainite formed by cooling and holding at a temperature of 250 to 450 ° C. In the further annealing process, spheroidization of lamellar perlite and high bainite tempering occur, creating a structure for further processing of the free forged forgings. The disadvantage of this process is the depositing of the forgings to a dry temperature of 650 ° C, where austenite is recrystallized at high energy intensity.

The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the method of depositing free forged forgings of structural and tool steels from the docking temperature into the furnace prior to annealing according to the invention, which is based on the fact that free forged forgings from docking temperature are 250 ° C to 450 ° C, with a stamina of austenite to bainite.

An advantage of this forging process is that recrystallization of austenite occurs at lower energy demands during isothermal holding at a temperature of 250 to 450 ° C. At the same time, the decomposition of the supercooled austenite results in a morphologically and qualitatively different structure than in the prior art. The structure formed at a temperature of 250 to 450 ° C is homogeneous, formed, depending on the alloying of the steel, by upper or lower bainite, which is the initial structure for the annealing process. During annealing, a high-temperature tempering of the bainitic structure occurs, which provides the required mechanical properties of the steel forged forgings for further processing. The structure of the high-tempered bainite fully replaces the structure formed according to the prior art formed largely by spheroidized pearlite.

PřikladlEXAMPLE

Výkovky o priereze 0350 x 4 500 mm z konštrukčnej ocele o chemickom zložení 0,32 % C; 0,28 % Si; 0,63 % Cr; 3,22 % Ni; 0,22 % Mo sú odkládané z dokovacej teploty 850 + 50 °C do plynovej vozovej pece s kapacitou 60 t vsádzky. Forgings of cross section 0350 x 4500 mm of structural steel with a chemical composition of 0,32% C; 0.28% Si; 0.63% Cr; 3.22% Ni; 0.22% Mo are deposited from the docking temperature of 850 + 50 ° C into a gas car furnace with a capacity of 60 tons of charge. According to the austenite isothermal decay diagram, the bainite conversion region is in the temperature range of 280 to 420 ° C. As a storage temperature for forgings, a temperature of 360 + 20 ° C is chosen, where, with sufficient safety against the temperature drop below the flake formation, when the forgings are bound into the furnace, a bainitic transformation occurs throughout the forging cross-section. Filling the entire furnace with forgings is followed by an anti-float regime at 650 plus minus 10 ° C, whereby high-temperature bainite tempering occurs. This structure is suitable for further mechanical processing of forgings. By operating the furnace at a temperature of 360 + 20 ° C, 33% natural gas savings were achieved.

Přiklad 2Example 2

Stredne velké a velké zápustkové bloky s najmenšími rozmermi 250 — 500 mm z nástrojových ocelí 19662 a 19663 sú odkládané z dokovacej teploty 850 + 50 °C do plynovej vozovej pece s kapacitou 40 t. Obe ocele majú podobné diagramy izotermického rozpadu austenitu s oddělenou oblasťou perlitickej a bainitickej premeny. Medium and large die blocks with the smallest dimensions of 250 - 500 mm made of 19662 and 19663 tool steels are set aside from a docking temperature of 850 + 50 ° C into a gas car furnace with a capacity of 40 t. Both steels have similar austenite isothermal decay diagrams with separate perlitic and bainitic conversion regions. In order to completely convert austenite to bainite, the forgings are placed in an oven at 380 ° C, which recrystallizes for 15 minutes for steel 19662 and 1 hour for steel 19663. This is followed by the actual annealing regime. By operating the furnace at 380 ° C, an energy saving of 35-40% was achieved while achieving forging quality after annealing.
