Vynález sa týká vyhrievaných vstrekovacích trysiek pre bezodpadové, hospodárné a efektívne vstrekovanie umělých hmůt do foriem.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to heated injection nozzles for wasteless, economical and efficient injection molding of plastics.

Until now, the injection nozzle bodies used have a smooth or unsuitable structured surface that is simpler to manufacture but less energy-efficient. Conventionally heated injection nozzles of various world-class products have an average continuous power input of from 300 to 700 W. With simultaneous production of plastic mass products, this power consumption, although lower in pulse mode, represents a significant amount of electricity consumption.

These drawbacks are eliminated in accordance with the invention, wherein the nozzle body has a surface fitted with radial or axial grooves of sinusoidal shape to increase the absorbent surface by at least 50%, taking away useful heat.

The higher effect of the heated injection nozzle according to the invention is achieved by a sinusoidal surface, which makes this surface woven over the conventional cylinder shell and theoretically 57% at the same weight of the same density material. The higher effect is demonstrated by the increased absorption of useful heat and thus the shortening of the electrical power pulse at the impulse supply, resulting in energy savings with a noticeable positive effect on the overall lifetime of the heating element in dynamic mode.

Na olbr. 1 je znázorněná konštrukcia vyhrievacej vstrekovacej trysky bez vynálezu.Obr. 1 shows a construction of a heating injection nozzle without the invention.

V konkrétnom případe holi overené a porovnané dve konštrukcie podlá obr. 1 a obr. 2. Obe telesá vstrekovacej trysky boli vyrobené z rovnakého materiálu, o rovnakej dlžke a rovnakej hmotnosti. Očelom porovnania bolo overenie teórie včšej tepelnej absorpcie trysky so sinusovým povrchom pri rovnakom elektrickom příkone. Fig. 2 shows a construction of a heating injection nozzle according to the invention. Fig. 3 shows a theoretical proof of the increase in the absorption surface in section. Figure 4 is a diagram of the heat dissipation difference of a nozzle without the invention and according to the invention. Fig. 5 shows the specific measured values of the temperature rise over time at a constant rate. In a particular case, the two structures of FIGS. 1 and 2 have been verified and compared. Both injection nozzle bodies have been made of the same material, of equal length and of equal weight. In comparison, the theory of the more thermal absorption of the sinusoidal nozzle at the same electrical power was the aim. Optimum surface enhancement while maintaining the basic dimensions results from the evidence in Figure 3. Due to the fact that a slower rate of temperature rise is suitable for measuring thermal absorption, the electric power amplitude was reduced to about 75 V at the same power. The nozzle of FIG. 1 was 480 mA at 75 V and the nozzle of FIG. 2 was 474 mA at 76 V. Specific measured values are given in tahulke (Fig. 5). From the timing diagram in Fig. 4, increased absorption over time of up to 3 ‘is evident, which is an ideal interval for efficient injection, resulting in a shortened heating pulse, which saves energy and extends the life of the heater.

Vynález je možné použit u takých vyhrievacích telies, kde je potřebná zvýšená absorpcia tepla v dynamickom režime. The invention is applicable to such heaters where increased heat absorption in dynamic mode is required.
