Abstract
Riešenie sa týká spůsobu přípravy sušenej ovocnej máky, najmá z jádrového ovocia. Očištěné a pokrájené ovocie sa opláchne v roztoku kyseliny octovej a po odkvapkaní sa suší 20 až 24 hodin pri teplote 45 až 55 °C. Po usušení sa zomelie na ovocná máku o zhytkovej sušině 10 až 13 % hmot.The solution relates to a method of preparing dried fruit poppy seeds, especially from pome fruits.
