Description
Za příklad využívání tohoto postupu lze uvést dopravováni sypkých anebo nehomogenních pevných materiálů v zemědělství.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an alternating motion control mechanism that evaluates signals from proximity sensors to output signals of the operating terminal units, and the operation of the various mechanisms, particularly transport conveyors for different materials, requires directional and alternating direction control. This alternating movement results from the need to mechanize the approach of the material to the conveyor belt and to maintain the flow of its transport. An example of the use of this process is the transport of bulk or inhomogeneous solid materials in agriculture.
The control of alternating movement of mechanisms is currently provided mostly by contact sensors and contact logic connections. These devices are based on the principles of touch sensing of the moving mechanism by limit switches. The switching contacts of these switches are connected in series or in parallel with the auxiliary and control relay contacts, creating a logical connection of the AC control circuits.
Obecným nedostatkem současného zapojení pro řízeni střídavého pohybu mechanismů je provozní nespolehlivost, malá životnost, velká rozměrnost zařízení, velká energetická náročnost a značné nároky na údržbu. V důsledku toho vznikají dále velké materiálové ztráty a ohrožení bezpečnosti práce.The general drawback of the current wiring for AC drive control is operational unreliability, low lifetime, large equipment size, high energy consumption and considerable maintenance. As a result, material losses and occupational safety risks also arise.
Kontaktní snímače polohy a kontaktní obvody řízení pracuji a velkými napětími a proudy. Vlivem spínání a rozpínání indukčnosti vznikají přechodové děje a následné elektrické oblouky opalují kontakty. The contact position sensors and the control contact circuits operate at high voltages and currents. As a result of switching the inductance on and off, transient processes occur and subsequent electric arcs burn the contacts. Contact life is also affected by the environment. A very substantial reduction in its service life is due to operation in a humid environment or when handling non-homogeneous or pasty substrates.
Zabezpečení všech logických funkcí obvodu řízení kontaktním způsobem vyžaduje použít několika pomocných relé. Tyto společně s ovládacími kontaktními jednotkami vytváří rozměrné rozváděčové skříně.Securing all the logic functions of the control circuit in a contact manner requires the use of several auxiliary relays. These together with the control contact units form large switchgear cubicles.
Nedostatky těchto známých řešení odstraňuje zapojení pro řízení střídavého pohybu mechanismů sestávající ze dvou snímačů polohy, klopného obvodu, generátoru časového zpoždění, řídicích hradel a oddělovacích obvodů vyznačené tím, že je zapojený vodič prvního bezdotykového snímače polohy paralelně na první vstup klopného obvodu a na první vstup generátoru časového zpoždění, vodič druhého bezdotykového snímače polohy paralelně na druhý vstup klopného obvodu a na druhý vstup generátoru časového zpoždění, přičemž první výstup klopného obvodu je spojen s prvním vstupem prvního řídicího hradla, druhý výstup klopného obvodu je spojen s prvním vstupem druhého řídicího hradla, výstup generátoru časového zpoždění je spojen paralelně s druhým vstupem prvního řídicího hradla a s druhým vstupem druhého řídicího hradla a výstupy z prvního řídicího hradla a z druhého řídicího hradla jsou připojeny přes první a druhý oddělovací obvod na vnější obvody prvním a druhým výstupním vodičem.The drawbacks of these known solutions are eliminated by alternating motion control mechanisms consisting of two position sensors, flip-flop, time delay generator, control gates, and isolation circuits, characterized in that the conductor of the first proximity sensor is connected in parallel to the first flip-flop input and first input a time delay generator, a second proximity sensor wire parallel to the second flip-flop input and the second time delay generator input, the first flip-flop output being coupled to the first input of the first control gate, the second flip-flop output coupled to the first input of the second control gate, the output of the time delay generator is connected in parallel with the second input of the first control gate and with the second input of the second control gate and the outputs of the first control gate and the second control gate are connected through the first and second separation circuits to the outer circuits by the first and second output conductors.
The alternate motion control mechanisms of the present invention have several advantages over prior art solutions. The signals for controlling the alternating movement of the mechanisms are evaluated in a contactless manner according to the state of the signals from the proximity sensors.
The circuitry of the present invention contemplates the use of logic integrated circuits. Their use in the implementation of wiring significantly increases operational reliability, increases service life, significantly reduces the external dimension of the entire equipment and significantly reduces energy consumption.
Another advantage is that higher interconnections and management requirements are realized in the wiring. The wiring does not require additional auxiliary switches to initiate the correct direction of movement of the mechanism after power is turned on. After switching on the network according to the state of the signals from the sensors, the movement is evaluated the correct direction of movement according to the actual need without external intervention.
The circuitry of the present invention makes it possible to cancel the control circuit output signals in the event of a sensor failure or a signal break between it and the control circuit input. In addition, it also prevents emergencies and threats to safety at work.
Mezi další výhody patří možnost přímého zapojení výstupů obvodu řízení střídavého pohybu mechanismů na vstupy bezkontaktních ovládacích jednotek využívající vícevrstvé polovodičové prvky. Předností rnyojí-;.ΐ ra řízení podle vynálezu je v tomto případě možnost galvanického oddělení oddělovacími .<& ·?./,Other advantages include the possibility of directly connecting the outputs of the AC motion control circuit to the inputs of a contactless control unit using multi-layer semiconductor devices. The advantage of the control according to the invention in this case is the possibility of galvanic isolation by means of separating means.
An example of a particular circuit according to the invention is schematically drawn in the figure.
Conductor 01 from first position sensor is connected simultaneously to first input 11 of flip-flop 2 and to first input 21 of time delay generator 2 · Conductor 02 from second position sensor is connected simultaneously to second input 12 of flip-flop 2 and to second input 22 of time delay generator 2.
První výstup 13 klopného obvodu 2 je spojen s prvním vstupem 31 prvního řídicího hradla 2· Druhý výstup 14 klopného obvodu 2 j® spojen s prvním vstupem 41 druhého řídicíhá hradla £. Na druhé vstupy 21» 2?. řídicích hradel 2» 2 je připojen výstup 23 generátoru časového zpožděni 2· Výstup 32 prvního řídicího hradla 2 je spojen se vstupem 51 prvního oddělovacího obvodu 5 a výstup 43 druhého řídicího hradla 2 je spojen se vstupem 61 druhého oddělovacího obvodu 2· Výstup 52 prvního oddělovacího obvodu 2 je napojen na výstupní vodič 03 a výstup 62 druhého oddělovacího obvodu 2 je napojen na výstupní vodič 04.The first output 13 of the flip-flop 2 is connected to the first input 31 of the first control gate 2. The second output 14 of the flip-flop 2 is connected to the first input 41 of the second control gate 6. On the second inputs 21 »2 ?. The output 32 of the first control gate 2 is connected to the input 51 of the first separation circuit 5 and the output 43 of the second control gate 2 is connected to the input 61 of the second separation circuit 2. circuit 2 is connected to output wire 03 and output 62 of second separation circuit 2 is connected to output wire 04.
The output conductors 03, 94 are further connected to control units with multilayer semiconductor elements.
The flip-flop 2 and control gates 3, 2 are formed by NAND logic elements from integrated DTL circuits in an exemplary circuit. The time delay generator 2 is implemented by a multifunction logic IC DTL. Optoelectronic connecting components are used as separation circuits 5, 2.
The functional operation of the control circuit according to the invention is dependent on a change in the signal level from the position sensors of the mechanism. For example, if the mechanism moves in the direction from the first sensor to the second sensor, there is a change in the conductor 01 when the end of the monitored portion is reached. This change applied to input 11 of flip-flop 2 causes changes to cancel the level of logic 1 at its output 14 and adjusts the level of logic one at its output 22. delay. The state at the inputs of the control gates 2 ' 2 is such that the change of the second output 14 of the flip-flop 2 and the t ' 111 i at the first output 41 of the second control gate 1 cancels its output 43 to logic zero. 04, the movement mechanism in a direction from the first sensor to the second sensor is stopped, first, the change of the first output 13 of the flip-flop 2, and thus the first input 21 of the first control gate 2 is gated by a second inlet 32 for the time delay produced by the generator, the time delay 2 · after during this time delay, the logic zero level at the output 33 of the first control gate 2 is leveled and the reverse movement of the mechanism is blocked via the separation circuit 2 and the output wire 03. This period of several seconds is necessary to stop the original direction of motion affected by inertia. After timeout. the output 23 of the time delay generator changes to the value of the logic one and thus the value of the second input 32 of the first control gate 2 and the gating is released, the output 32 is changed to the value of the logic one and of the mechanism in the reciprocating direction, i.e. from the second sensor to the first sensor. This direction of movement lasts until the end state on the second position sensor is reached, and the evaluation cycle takes place in the control circuits, switching off the movement of the mechanism and after a time delay the movement is restored again in the direction from the first sensor to the second sensor.
