Abstract

The problem of eliminating the formation of agglomerates in materials based on vulcanized elastomers intended for the production of shoe soles is solved by using a rock filler with the aim of achieving advantageous physical and mechanical properties. The essence of the solution lies in the fact that the filler is formed by a mixture of natural hydrous aluminosilicates of alkali metals and/or alkaline earths with a particle size of up to 10 . 10 '’ m and a pore size of 2 . 1O"10 to 5 . 10"10 m of content, expressed in weight percent, 74 to 87 °/o silica, 10 to 13.5% aluminum oxide, 1.3 to 2.95% calcium oxide, 0.05 to 0.95 °/o sodium oxide, 1.3 to 2.85% potassium oxide and 0.1 to 6% water.

Description

The invention relates to a filler for materials for the production of shoe soles based on vulcanized elastomers.

Ďalší známy materiál je tvořený prírodným a syntetickým kaučukoin vo formě latexu s obsahom parafinátu draselného, oxidu zinku, horninového bentonitu a dalších běžných gumárenských příměsí. In the production of rubber materials, manufacturers are currently focusing on the use of non-traditional fillers in the innovation process. These fillers are of a rock nature with a diverse structure and complex chemical composition. One of the types of rock fillers used in part in the rubber industry is, for example, kaolin, bentonite or smectite. Currently, rubber-based materials are known, which, in addition to the known components, contain as a filler rock shale ash containing oxides of silicon, aluminum, calcium, silver and sulfur. The specified filler increases the stability of these rubber mixtures. A material based on a mixture of non-polar rubber and a rock-type filler containing carbon, oxides of aluminum, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, sulfur and silicon is known. However, the use of this filler is limited and not very advantageous due to the high carbon content. Another known material is made of natural and synthetic rubber in the form of latex containing potassium paraffin, zinc oxide, rock bentonite and other common rubber additives. Also known is a sole material based on natural and polybutadiene rubber containing rubber additives and fillers, such as carbon black, silicon dioxide and mercaptosilane. Cork chips, sawdust, plastic waste and also amorphous aluminosilicate are also used as fillers. The disadvantage of using the above fillers, especially amorphous aluminosilicate, is the formation of agglomerates in the rubber material.

Týmto sa zhoršujú fyzikálno-mechanické vlastnosti materiálu, zvlášť pevnost a ťažnosť. Dosledkom vytvorenia aglomerátu je rozrušenie, připadne prelomenie materiálu.This deteriorates the physical and mechanical properties of the material, especially strength and ductility. The result of the formation of an agglomerate is the disruption or even breakage of the material.

Uvedené nevýhody do značnej miery odstraňuje plnivo podfa vynálezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že je tvořené zmesou prírodných vodnatých aluminosilikátov alkalických kovov a/alebo alkalických zemin s velkosťou častíc do 10 . 10“5 m a vel'kosťou pórov 2 . 10“10 až 5 . 10“10 m o obsahu 74 až 87 % hmotnostných oxidu křemičitého, 10 až 13,5 % hmotnostných oxidu hlinitého, 1,3 až 2,95 % hmotnostných oxidu vápenatého, 0,05 až 0,95 % hmotnostných oxidu sodného, 1,3 až 2,85 % hmotnostných oxidu draselného a 0,1 až 6 % hmotnostných vody. The above disadvantages are largely eliminated by the filler according to the invention, the essence of which lies in the fact that it is formed by a mixture of natural hydrous aluminosilicates of alkali metals and/or alkaline earths with a particle size of up to 10.10" 5 m and a pore size of 2.10" 10 to 5 m. 10“ 10 mo containing 74 to 87% by weight of silicon dioxide, 10 to 13.5% by weight of aluminum oxide, 1.3 to 2.95% by weight of calcium oxide, 0.05 to 0.95% by weight of sodium oxide, 1.3 to 2.85% by weight of potassium oxide and 0.1 to 6% by weight of water. The filler, designated as zeochem, was prepared by treating rock zeolite, which was crushed and subsequently dried at a temperature of 300 °C. It was further sieved on a system of sieves and the above fraction was taken as a filler for practical use.

Technický účinok vynálezu spočívá v rovnomernom rozložení plniva v materiáli, čím sa odstráni tvorba aglomerátov. Zvýši sa tvrdost, modul 300 % a pevnost’. Zníži sa ťažnosť oproti doterajším obuvnickým spodkovým materiálom. Plnivo má výhodné absorpčně vlastnosti a pohlcuje zápachy vzníkajúce pri vulkanizácii, čím sa zlepšuje pracovně prostredie pri výrobě obuvnických gumárenských materiálov. The technical effect of the invention lies in the uniform distribution of the filler in the material, which eliminates the formation of agglomerates. The hardness, modulus 300% and strength are increased. The ductility is reduced compared to previous shoe sole materials. The filler has advantageous absorption properties and absorbs odors arising during vulcanization, which improves the working environment in the production of shoe rubber materials.

Materiál s plnivom podlá vynálezu bližšie ozrejmujú následovně příklady, kde množstvá zložiek sú uvádzané v hmotnostných dieloch. The filler material according to the invention is further illustrated by the following examples, where the amounts of the components are given in parts by weight.
