Description

Vynález »a týká kontaktného potyuretánového lepidla, určeného na zlepovonie obuvnic kych ·podkových dielcov. The present invention relates to a polyurethane contact adhesive for gluing shoe soles.

Aplikácia týchto živic neprichádza do úvahy pře dosiahnutie kontaktnej lepivosti polyuretánových lepidiel. Příčina je v obmedzenej rozpustnosti uvedených živic v ketonických rozpúštadlách a hlavně v nedosta točnéj kompatibilitě prtrodných živíc s polyuretánovými polymérmi. At present, various materials are used in the manufacture of footwear bases, especially pads and wedges, for example, tough types of polystyrene, polyamide, polypropylene and the like. Adhesives based on polychloroprene rubber are used in bonding most of these materials, or in coatings, for example leather. Due to the fact that the wrapping or gluing of the bottom parts is done by hand, it is necessary that the adhesives used have a significant contact tack. This feature also makes it possible to achieve a sufficiently strong interconnection when manually pressing the parts with the contact adhesive. When using polychloroprene adhesives, achieving good contact tack is achievable by using a wide resin bead. For example, the use of rosin or its esters with glycerol or pentaerythritol is known. It is also known to use a synthetic cyclohexane resin and a rosin-modified phenolic resin. Furthermore, the use of p-tert is known. a butyl phenol phosphoric resin which meets the usual requirements for increasing the tack of lozropene thermocouples. The application of these resins is not possible to achieve the contact tack of polyurethane adhesives. The reason is the limited solubility of said resins in ketonic solvents and especially in the insufficient compatibility of feed resins with polyurethane polymers. The fact that there was no new adhesive with a contact tack allowing bonding of the underparts to each other or to the leather cover only when pressed by hand meant that the choice of materials for footwear underpins was limited to those that could be successfully glued to the existing one. and polychloroprene adhesives. Is a. the use of dibasic acid alone as an additive to polyurethane adhesives is known. The disadvantage of this adhesive is the reduction in contact tack after a certain time and also the reduction in the strength of the bonded joint, since acid-catalyzed hydrolysis occurs. The result of hydrolysis is a decrease in the viscosity of the adhesive by up to 20 X, and thus a reduction in the strength of the joint.

Uvedenú nevýhodu odstraňuje kontaktné polyuretánové lepidlo podta vynálezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že obsahuje 0,01 až 2 X hmot, oxidov kovov alkalických zemin. This disadvantage is eliminated by the contact polyurethane adhesive according to the invention, the essence of which consists in that it contains 0.01 to 2% by weight of alkaline earth metal oxides.

Technický účinok vynálezu spočiva v zníženi počiatočnej rychlosti kryštalizácie polymérnej zložky lepidla účinkem dvojsýtnej kyseliny a v důsledku toho docháza k zvSčšeniu kontaktnej adhézíe a otvorenej doby lepidla. Pridavkom oxidov alkalických kovov sa výhodné upraví pH, čím sa zabráni hydrolýze polyuretánového lepidla. Lepidlo podlá vynálezu umožňuje spájanie alebo obalovanie obuvnických spodkových dielcov, hlavně podpStkov a klinov na báze zmesi terpolymérov akrylonitr1lbutadiénstyrénu a homo-a/alebo kopolymérmi vinyl ch loridu obsahujúcej nizkomílekulárne zmSkčovadlá po Iyviny I chloridu, tepelné stabilizátory, plnívá a pigmenty. Použitie týchto zmesi pri výrobě spodkových dielcov umožňuje v širokom rozsahu modifikovat rad úžitkových a spracovatelských vlastnosti, například tvrdost, tokové vlastnosti, modul pružnosti v tlaku a podobné, čo má v konečnom důsledku význam pře zvýšenie variability obuvnickej výroby. The technical effect of the invention is to reduce the initial rate of crystallization of the polymeric component of the adhesive by the action of dibasic acid, and as a result, the contact adhesion and the open time of the adhesive are increased. The pH is preferably adjusted by the addition of alkali metal oxides to prevent hydrolysis of the polyurethane adhesive. The adhesive according to the invention makes it possible to join or coat shoe soles, in particular pads and wedges based on a mixture of terpolymers of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and homo- and / or copolymers of vinyl chloride containing low molecular weight plasticizers for polyvinyl chloride, heat stabilizers, fillers and pigments. The use of these mixtures in the production of underparts makes it possible to modify a wide range of utility and processing properties, such as hardness, flow properties, modulus of elasticity in compression and the like, which ultimately is important for increasing the variability of footwear production.
