Abstract
Riešenie spočívá v přípravě zliatiny všeobecného vzorca I /Re-D/(x)M(l-x) /1/ kde Re znamená prvok zo skupiny vzácných zemin, alebo prvok 3a podskupiny periodickej tabulky prvkov, D znamená prvok 2a podskupiny periodickej tabulky prvkov, M znamená kov a x je hodnota v rozmedzí 10-4 aj 5.10-I, s nasledujúcou oxidáoiou v atmosféře obsahu- ’ júcej kyslík, s výhodou v kyslíkovej ' atmosféře, pri teplote přednostněj oxidácie prvkov Re a D, s výhodou pri teplote do 800 K, po dobu vytvorenia j oxidovéj vrstvy s koncentróciou prvkov Re a D odpovedajúcou supravodivej fáze. Kritická teplota supravodiča sa mění od 30 K do 93 K v závislosti od vzácnej zeminy a spósobu tepelného spracovania. Tieto supravodiče je možné použit v technickej praxi tam, kde sa požadujú supravodiče s teplotou přechodu pod 30 K.
