Abstract

The device comprises an electric drive with a reducing reduction gear connected to a gear wheel (4) mounted on supports (5) and connected to the shaft (6) of an overtaking coupling (7). The supports are in the form of hydrostatic shell bearings. Rotation from the motor is transmitted via the coupling and reduction gear to the gear wheel and then via the overtaking coupling to the shaft. Oil is supplied to the shoes (8) to form an oil film which prevents dry friction.
