Abstract
The flap opening and shutting device has a bracket with axis attached to the frame, ram passing through the frame, link and handle mounted on the bracket axis with pin eccentric to the bracket axis and interacting through the link with the ram. - Two rams (7) are positioned parallelly on opposite sides of bracket (2). Link (6) has a slit with axis perpendicular to that of rams (7) holding pin (5). Rams (7) are rigidly attached to the ends of link (6) at one side and hinged to flap (10) at the other.
