Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a composiciones farmacéuticas adecuadas para el tratamiento de infecciones fúngicas de la piel y unas, tales como tina del pie y tina inguinal, entre otros. Los ingredientes activos de las composiciones son ácidos orgánicos de bajo peso molecular y sus sales en combinación sinérgica de dos o más ácidos. La actividad antifúngica de los ingredientes activos es además mejorada a través del uso de solventes higroscópicos no volátiles.
