Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la producción de una composición de bitumen/ polímero reticulado(PmB) con la reducción de sulfuro de hidrógeno así como una unidad de producción para implementar tal procedimiento. El procedimiento comprende las siguientes etapas sucesivas: (i) producción de una composición de bitumen/polímero reticulado (PmB) en un reactor (1) y, (ii) la transferencia de una cantidad predeterminada de dicha composición desde el reactor(1) a un depósito de almacenamiento (2) y/o directamente a una estación de carga (3) a través de un conducto de suministro (8), dicha composición (PmB) se mantiene a una temperatura entre 100°C y 200°C durante dicha transferencia, una reducción de las emisiones de sulfuro de hidrógeno( H^2S) se forma por inyección en línea de una cantidad eficaz de un depurador de sulfuro de hidrógeno(H^2S) durante la etapa de transferencia(ii), tal inyección se realiza mediante la introducción continua del depurador de sulfuro de hidrógeno( H^2S) en la línea de suministro (8) adelante del reactor (1) y antes del depósito de almacenamiento (2) y la estación de carga (3).
