Abstract
<p>La invención proporciona anticuerpos que se enlazan específicamente a transtiretina (TTR). Los anticuerpos pueden utilizarse para el tratamiento o profilaxis de efectos de enfermedades o trastornos asociadas con la acumulación de TTR o la acumulación de depósitos de TTR (por ejemplo,<br /> amiloidosis de TTR) .
