Abstract
<p>La presente invención está relacionada con un sistema de polimerización de un ácido alfa-amino, omega- dicarboxílico que comprende:</p> <p>(a) un recipiente de reacción, un extrusor de tornillo y de un condensador;</p> <p>(b) una trayectoria de flujo de líquidos recirculantes desde una salida del recipiente de reacción a una entrada del extrusor de tornillo y desde una salida del extrusor de tornillo a una entrada del recipiente de reacción;<br /> <br /> (c) una trayectoria de flujo de desde una segunda salida del recipiente de reacción a una entrada del condensador;</p> <p>(d) una bomba de vacío en la conexión de líquidos con la segunda trayectoria de flujo de líquidos; y</p> <p>(e) una válvula de control de la trayectoria del flujo;<br /> <br /> También la presente invención se refiere a un método para recuperar un polímero a partir de dicho ácido amino-alfa omega-dicarboxílico obtenido por condensación de oligómeros de ácido amino-alfa omega-dicarboxílico, que comprende:</p> <p>(a) pasar el polímero del ácido amino-alfa omega-dicarboxílico sobre la superficie de un evaporador de película fina; y b) reciclar dicho polímero en el evaporador de película fina.</p>
