<p>La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para sintetizar N-(4-(4-amino-2-(2-metoxietil)-1H-imidazo[4,5-c]quinolin-1-il)butil)-N-(tetrahidro-2H-piran-4-il)acetamida, un derivado de imidazoquinolina útil como agonista de receptor tipo toll, en particular como agonista de TLR7, que promueve la inducción de ciertas citocinas.
