Abstract
<p>La invención se refiere a un método de fermentación con las siguientes etapas: A) proporcionar una solución acuosa que comprende microorganismos que producen compuestos orgánicos de bajo peso molecular, seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en acetona, butanol, etanol, B) introducir un gas o mezcla de gases en la solución acuosa que contiene cualquier gas seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en aire, gas de síntesis, nitrógeno, dióxido de carbono, monóxido de carbono, hidrógeno, oxígeno y metano que se caracteriza por C) canalizar la corriente de gas a través de una composición que contiene entre 50% y 100% de isoforona y opcionalmente D) separar mediante destilación el compuesto orgánico de bajo peso molecular de la composición que comprende isoforona.</p>
