Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения газа, содержащего по меньшей мере 80 об.% монооксида углерода, из отходящего газа синтеза Фишера-Тропша. Способ включает в себя следующие стадии: (1) подача отходящего газа синтеза Фишера-Тропша через колонку, которая содержит слой адсорбента, при высоком давлении и выпускание отходящего потока; (2) незначительное снижение давления в колонке и слое; (3) продувка колонки и слоя адсорбента метаном или смесью метана и диоксида углерода; (4) снижение давления в колонке и слое адсорбента до низкого давления; (5) продувка колонки и слоя адсорбента смесью водорода и азота; (6) создание в колонке и слое адсорбента высокого давления снова с использованием смеси водорода и азота. Полученный на стадии (3) поток продукта, который содержит по меньшей мере 80 об.% монооксида углерода, может подаваться в качестве сырья синтеза Фишера-Тропша. В предпочтительно варианте осуществления также получается газ, содержащий по меньшей мере 80 об.% водорода.
