Abstract
<p>Variantes de polipéptidos que dividen toxinas de Fusarium de una carboxilesterasa de toxinas de Fusarium con SEQ ID No. 46,en donde las variantes de polipéptidos cuentan con una secuencia de aminoácidos reducida en 47 aminoácidos en el extremo amino terminal ,así como polinucléotidos recombinantes que codifican para una variante de polipéptidos, así como un aditivo que divide toxinas de Fusarium que contiene una variante de polipéptidos y, si es necesario, una sustancia auxiliar, y un procedimiento para la división por hidrólisis de una toxina de Fusarium.</p>
